Haven't received all my pay

I have drove with you guys all last week. Since then I have been emailing and trying to get in contact with someone. The first problem is, since day one of working for guys I was not allowed to add my bank info. I kept getting a error message stating that my bank information can not be updated and to try again. I have attached a photo below of the actual message. I been having that problem for a week now and emailing you guys have been no help. Second today is the day I am suppose to receive pay. I really need the money and this is becoming really frustrating. I really need help!

Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. The dasher didn't have network and that's why didn't contact me to deliver food and left after I waited for an hour.

Dashers can be like this and I'd still understand to some extent, but the aftermath!! I contacted doordash 6 times in span of next two hours and every single time they asked me to wait for a call back and not a single representative gave a call back! I should have recorded the entire conversation. Every single agent put me on hold and hung up while I was waiting.

Finally someone processed my refund, but that wasn't the point. I order at 9:54 pm and at this point it was already 12:15 am. Obviously almost every other restaurant was closed by this point so I didn't have any other options to order food/get food apart from local taco bell. I only wanted to talk to a supervisor just to make sure that I'm not the insane one here, and that "this" is not normal.

After being put on hold and not being called back because supervisor was busy on another call, finally this one agent didn't cut me off and put me through. The supervisor was INCREDIBLY rude and apathetic. If not anyone, I would like to report her. Kept on interrupting while I was explaining chain of events and kept repeating "you missed your order" like wth!

Your dasher yourself admitted that she didn't have network and couldn't reach out so left. I didn't miss a single call from anyone during those 3 hours and didn't receive a single message from your dasher, but still it was my fault. And then the worst of it was, she made me feel like they did a favor by refunding my money back which was very demeaning. "But your refund has already been processed so what's the issue here" were the exact words which was shocking!!

If this was all about a refund, I'd have just sent an email and it'd be done. To think that i spent 2 hours for a refund of 25$ is very demeaning. I asked how was my feedback going to be absorbed and I was told that agents will be given the feedback and actions will be taken. I asked how can I see the follow-up, told I can't see because it is internal.

I was like okay, there must be *something* that you can expose to the customer to tell that the feedback/concern has been addressed, and she basically said no while rolling it nice and round and asking me to shove it up.

I felt like I committed a crime by ordering. absolute nightmare.

Poor costumer service

Order food about one hour before my lunch time because the wait time was 40 to 45 minutes. After an hour I contact costumer service and they could not get a hold of the delivery driver. 30 minutes later (1 1/2) the costumer service rep asked if I wanted my order cancel and refunded. Well YES why would I pay for not getting my food and lunch is over. Than the rep stays quiet until I asked for compensation. Rep says umm I can give you $5. What the *** keep your $5. That doesn’t cover the service fee, tip and delivery fee for the next order!

Driver picked up order 30 minutes after it was ordered, and an hour and a half later never showed up. When I sent him a text inquiring about the food, he blocked my number. You can't file a complaint with the restaurant, and the Door Dash customer service is located in The Phillipines. Unfortunately, Cheesecake Factory said that they have nothing to do with Door Dash, and the customer service representative was less that sincere with her apology. The restaurant even said that the driver had several complaints against him, but Door Dash did not seem to care. If you want food delivered stick to Uber Eats!!!

Need help with account

I started this job and I love it. Only dilemma is my fast pay was frozen and put off-limits due to me filing to have my child support come out of this current employment. The last couple days I have been running into issues with my vehicle and I did not know that they would stop my fast pay. It has left me stuck without a vehicle so I called and removed the hold and let them know that I’ll put another employment on file for them to take from. Please remove the hold so I can fix my vehicle in return back to work for door dash.
