Horrible experience from Alfawal online order!

Placed order--given delivery time frame, saw Door Dasher, Paul O was to deliver order, and when the time frame became grossly overdue, the order vanishes, after the time of delivery, and my concerns for it's whereabouts.
I received order confirmation at 8:01pm, and at 9:03, when I tried to get an answer as to the order's whereabouts, nothing worked--everything malfunctioned--tried to contact support, and there was none. The order essentially vanished, only after it was clear they were not going to deliver on time, and at all--like the restaurant arbitrarily decided it wasn't important enough, leaving me with a lasting impression...

Customer Support isn't resolving issue
I signed up for Doordash and choose to attend orientation on February 10th in Dallas. During the orientation, I downloaded the Dasher app from the Google Play store and set up a username and password.
Well, every time I tried to log in I got the HTTP 404 error not found which my understanding means the app can't find the web server which sounds like an issue with Doordash, not my cellular service or phone. I have tried 25 to 30 times to log in and do every conceivable troubleshooting step on my end which included contacting straight talk and spending time with a tier 1 support and higher tech support person. Was assured the app would work no not so. Samsung Tech support actually took remote control of my Samsung Galaxy J3 Orbit and her conclusion is that the development of the app is faulty.
Anyways, since Sunday I have been waiting for contact back from Doordash tech support which I am expecting won't be coming because the customer service agent never filled out a ticket as he was going to just allow me to hang up without giving much information.
I like to attempt this one more time and if I still get blown off. I will just request deactivation and move on to a better driving gig to fill the need that GrubHub isn't giving me many hours and Postmates I want to dump.
