I am the manager at Subway on Roanoke rd Lagrange Georgia. One of your drivers picked up a 3rd party delivery from my store but never took the customer the food. This was paid for so I had to void the transaction for the angry customer but now Im short inventory for a 15$ sub. Something needs to be done!

My order was canceled by DoorDash without contacting me to address any issues. Then I had no way to contact the driver. The restaurant I ordered from also had no way to contact the driver or DoorDash to have the replacement order picked up. The DoorDash gave me no reason for the cancellation. I contacted the restaurant and they could only prepare the order again but not contact the driver for pick up. The restaurant is out $ for preparing my order twice and because I had no way to pick it up the replacement order was a waste.
User's recommendation: Avoid ordering using DoorDash.

Some orders are farther away than the pickup area and don't seem like one would make much extra money for the gas that's being used. Would b great if we could select the area/distance we want to deliver to.

Order is wrong
I order from Wendys today(12-30-2021) and when the food arrived I did not get what I ordered. I order a chicken sandwich meal and a drink but I received a baked potato. I really would like a refund. I wasted my whole lunch break from waiting on the food and it was wrong and trying to talk to someone to help me is very difficult.
