Have an unknown charge
Threatened to get killed by Door Dash Driver
The app sent me a notification that my food arrived. I went to the front door and noticed the driver being 4 houses down from my house.
I live on a Main Street and the traffic isn't supposed to be stopped however the driver was just parked on a main road with hazards on. I then received a call from the driver "This is your food driver, Im outside in a 4 door Red Ford with a red hat, come get your food". He then hung up....
I headed down the street to go get my food and as I approached his car I asked him if this was door dash? I said Door Dash is supposed to bring the food to your door, hence the name Door Dash and told him to give me my food.
Once He gave me the food he began to tell me how I was gonna "get killed for talking like that". I again asked him if Door Dash was supposed to drop off the food.
He began to scream out of his car as he was driving away "you gonna get killed" 4 or 5 more times.
There was a lady and a boy right there witness the whole thing. I need this persons information so I can give a proper police report so the police can put them into the system should he ever return to kill me.

Very late dasher
Missing a weeks pay!!
After 2 emails and 3 failed calls about my missing pay for 10/15-10/21... i was able to get a live agent on the line that couldn't explain why i didnt get paid and she had me on hold for 30mins only to tell me ill get a email about the issue in 24hrs!!
??? This is crazy where is my 113$ i haven't changed anything please help!
Resolved: Very bad
They sent me an email stating that they found the error on their part. I will be getting my refund.

I was charged over $20 for my lunch order that I never received (it's now 4pm) yet they quickly took my money! Let's see how long (if ever) it takes for them to refund me!
Don't waste your money people. I was starving and now there's no way for me to even look up my damn order number. Some Rahommad guy or something was supposed to be here an hour and a half ago, I'm literally 5 minutes away from this restauraunt and just couldn't get away from my desk. This is a *** company that probably won't even end up refunding my money, so much for getting any work done since I"m just throwing money out the window and writing bad reviews!

I have food poising
The driver messed up my order then gave me attitude telling me the order wasn't wrong. Also they charge hidden fees.
My order was wrong. I ordered a Loaded Dubbie (it's a sandwich) and an order of fries.
What I received was an order of loaded fries which is not what I ordered. I ran outside to catch the driver when I saw I was missing the sandwich and she said that was all that was in the order. When I called the restaurant they said that the driver comes into the restaurant and places the order so it was her fault that it was wrong. So it turned out it was her fault but she acted like it wasn't.
I submitted a complaint online but they only credited the cost of the food back to my account (not the other fees).
I googled their contact info because it is not readily found on their website. I called customer service and said that I don't want a credit I want the amount refunded to me. The woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful and she said the refund should show up on my card in 5-7 business days so we'll see if that really happens.
The other thing I did not like was their hidden fees. It was my first time ordering so delivery was free.
However there was no mention of the $1.00 service fee and the $1.00 "small order" fee (it said that there was no order minimum but then they hit me with a small order fee? Not cool). When I clicked the button to submit the order the total amount shown did NOT include these fees. Yes, it's only $2.00 but that's not the point.
That kind of thing is a shady business practice and is the reason I will not use doordash again. The delivery mixup was one person's fault but those hidden fees make doordash a company I don't want to give my business to.

The customer thinks DD drivers are close by their restaurants. Many of my orders come from the opposite side of town and have sloooow service.
The customers ding the drivers for this and anything else. Most issues are with food and/or restaurant...not the driver who check the order accuracy and simply deliver. I just started and my rating dropped.
I have been over to areas where the app and cell disconnects causing delivery issues. Naturally the customer blames the driver.
I kind of doubt the driver will return. Stop being a liberal pansy and put on your big girl panties.
