No delivery and my debit card charged twice

I placed an order and no driver took my order and I was charged two times for the order in which I never received.

User's recommendation: Door is unfair in crediting my account. I was charged two times for the order.

Follow up on issue

no i dont have anything good to say at all i dont lie !! and i feel that i was called a liar! i wont ever use them again ! lost out on my money and my order . so have a nice day .. very very upset over this Tina Torres

Not able to fufill my order.

On more than one occasion, my order was accepted, my credit card charged, then order was cancelled. Then it is up to my bank to refund my money. This is NOT ok. If a vendor can't follow through, they should not be on line. It's never ok to tie up a customer's credit, or debit card

Never received my order.

I made an order through Doordash and never received it. I called the driver ,her name was Jacqueline,but a man answered the phone and said he'd be there right away..My order was stolen ,the day was nice and I sat in my front yard for two hours.an hour longer than when I called.This is criminal behavior and should be investigated.

Delivery issues

Dasher did not deliver food directly to room. Gave the front desk the wrong room number so when they called no one answered. I had to go down and get it from the front desk.
