Worst experience ever!
Deleting the app immediately
Twice in a row now I have had the worst experience. Both deliveries were about a mile away and the first one took over an hour and the driver never contacted me and did not have a working phone number.
They left my food in the lobby of my apartment with my name on it. It was cold and I had to call customer service. For my second experience they never contacted me or showed up where they were supposed to be after 6 people waited at work for their lunch that we ordered and also the driver did not have a working phone number. I had to contact customer service 3 times.
First to find out where my food was after waiting for someone to talk to for almost 10 minutes then they said they would call me back and never did. The second call to customer service did call back and the driver said they called and my phone was 'busy' but it's a cell and I wasn't using it. They also told me the food was delivered but it wasn't. They said they would refund my $88 order and instead of putting it on my credit card they credited doordash which I will never use again.
Third call to customer service there were children yelling in the background and she put me on hold multiple times but supposedly credited my actual credit card. What a waste of my time and day.
