More details of what happened I tried for the last month to rectify this problem I was even stupid enough to continue to drive for these people thinking that they would make it right they didnt. One day Ill wake up and check Ill have October November December paperwork stating what I made next day I wake up I dont have December as of yesterday I had nothing showing for the month of December and I drive or I was driving every day for these people and this is the things that I get from these people they were literally passed the buck.
For hours and I mean hours I would be on this phone trying to fix it getting hung up on getting hung up on being told we cant fix your concern go to DoorDash direct OK DoorDash direct to say we cant fix your problem go to DoorDash or whoever just got done telling me to go to them thats the way its been for a month I honest to God dont know what else to say I'm so disgusted with this company. And what makes it worse is not one of them from the CEO and I mostly blame you and all your little flunkies for the stuff that's happening to the drivers out here.
If you took the time to do your job and see what's going on, we wouldn't have this issue. The fact is that one of you out of 850, so you claim employees that has not to be counted the drivers so Im going to direct it to you 850 people sitting up at that office your cowards to you'reake you're heartless because not one of you have a common courtesy to call a person and try to fix it not one of you have the common courtesy to call and verify what I'm saying because IIT'all the truth you disgusting foul disrespectful cowards and that's the last time Im talking my name is Gary White I was a driver for DoorDash and this is how they treat us drivers
User's recommendation: My recommendation is this to all the companies other everybody’s the same but DoorDash my recommendation is this people need to shut you down to teach you a lesson so are you people is it sponsored DoorDash used DoorDash these are the types of people you want to support I’m not the only one that’s doing this to I might be the only one running my mouth about it but trust me I’m not the only one use Uber or whoever use a taxi cab to bring your food or whatever it is you need just don’t use DoorDash so we all can teach companies like this that everybody’s equal but if you wanna sit and start comparing notes people like us out here driving that you think is replaceable you don’t give a *** you’re wrong the drivers is what made your company what it is getting the stuff there when you were supposed to if you were in the Bay Area hey just so that you don’t use DoorDash give me a call I’ll personally go drive and get your stuff for nothing just so I can spy and show this company that they’re trash

First order from door dash: they used some sort of GPS pin instead of my address to deliver my food. But the pin was on my neighbors house on a different street.
Wrong house. Never got food.
Second time, I in clouded notes saying DONT use the pin!! Use my address and plug into Google maps, Waze, what have you. Guess what happened?
Went to the wrong street again and never got my food.
Third time, I called customer support ahead of time and said to put a prominent note on my account to use my ADDRESS and not the wrong gps pin. I texted the driver and told him the same thing. Guess what? Went to the wrong house.
I called him since I saw in the map that he was on the wrong street. Didnt speak English.
After some Google translate action and 2 hours, I got my cold, disgusting food that even my kids wouldnt eat. When I called, they offered me nothing.
So, yeah, wont be using DoorDash EVER again.

Mine and my husband's app will either not show any restaurants or only 5 this only started a week ago all the icons at the top to choose different things are gone but yet my son's is fully working all my neighbors are fully working and can see over 30 restaurant storis birdie restaurant stores et cetera every time I call customer service they tell me it's because of my delivery location and people aren't delivering here anymore that's not true when all of my neighbors and my son can see everything my husband and I used to see a week ago. There was one customer service agent that tried to help me for 2 days she called her escalation department they gave her an excuse that we just don't have anything around us that delivers and hung up on her the supervisor refused to help us saying the same thing well that's kind of impossible considering that everybody else around us can see everything that my husband and I could see a week ago
