Wasting money while taking chances with Door Dash
I've just notified Door Dash of missing items on a second order I placed today. I was just informed no credit could be issued due to the amount of a prior credit posted to my account today.
The credit issued today was for $2.50 for an undercooked cheeseburger from Five Guys that I threw away.
The burger cost almost 9.00.
The credit issued wasn't even what it should have been.
I decided to order a second time through Door Dash and had a side missing.
The more I order with Door Dash, the more I feel like I'm gambling and losing my money. I might feel better about wasting my money if I had some form of provided entertainment like what a casino would have for a customer.
I don't enjoy gambling, and I don't enjoy wasting money with a company that is becoming more unreliable.
Keep the change, I'll make more effort to go out to get my own food.

Verified Reviewer | Cincinnati, OhioI placed an order from Walmart and didn’t know it would be delivered by the local store using Doordash . I got a notice my order was delivered.
It was not delivered to my place and the picture attached that showed where they delivered it was not of my neighborhood. Doordash will not do anything about it.
The first person I talked to said they were sending a replacement but it never came. I called today and their customer service said they have no record of my phone number even though they found it yesterday. After asking to speak to someone else the next person found everything but said he couldnt do anything. They hire drivers who dont seem to be able to read addresses but since I ordered through Walmart and they used Doordash they refuse to do anything.
Doordash obviously outsources their customer service and its hard to understand them sometimes. I no longer trust Doordash and will be closing my account with them.
I havent received my refund from Walmart yet and Doordash lied about having my order delivered again. If you want to make sure your order is delivered ask them to not use Doordash.

Door Dash sucks just like the food companies it uses. They get nothing right and have no accountability
#1 How is an undercooked burger DoorDash's fault?? #2 Due to Covid guidelines, all order bags are SUPPOSED to be sealed by the merchant.
Your DoorDash delivery person IS NOT allowed to open any bags & check orders since Covid started.
Both of these examples are MERCHANT issues, yet you are giving DoorDash bad reviews. You should consider yourself lucky that you've apparently already received too much credit from DoorDash for complaints that should've been credited from the Merchant you ordered from in the 1st place.
