Wrong delivery address

Third time that my order was delivered to the wrong address! Each driver did not speak English and couldnt figure out where I live one driver stood outside a parking garage obviously no one lived there! Its very disappointing to have to continually call customer service and get late, cold food!

Need help finding our order

Ordered from Bonefish in Louisville, Ky. Ordered confirmed at 5:23. The delivery is now 7:30 to 7:46. Called Bonefish and they have not received ordered. Today is my birthday and no dinner. My family has to leave at 8. At this point, I would like my charge card credited and cancel the order. Please let me know if you can cancel.

You can easily follow your delivery in the app. The drivers nor Doordash are responsible for how your food is prepared.

Unfair Policies Concerning Referring Dashers and "areas or zones"

I referred my friend to DoorDash. She forgot to put my ID in her application when she signed in, so she contacted DoorDash support after a few days to ask them to add me as the person who referred her, so that we could get the $200 incentive for referring someone that is actually Dashing.

Well. After she spoke with them, they told her to contact me and have me contact support! Why??? I still have NO idea.

I spoke to Jean Ezekiel, Rhashad, Victoria C (TWICE - Once on my phone until I got kicked out of the app) and once on my PC. Only to be told after an HOUR and a half of dealing with these employees sending me round and round and transferring me, I was told that I am not eligible to be added as a referring Dasher EVER because I am not in the right zone or area to be able to get the bonus! What a crock of *** I drive almost 30 minutes to drive every time I Dash and I have a 99% acceptance rate, with a 100% completion, whether there is a tip or not! I do not dismiss orders, except one that was 9 miles away for $3.00.

No way. I had to drive through 3 cities to get that. I am incredibly disgusted with this resolution, and I think that they (DOORDASH CREATORS) Should put something into place where people can go back and add someone as their referring Dasher. One time, no more.

Once the person is added, they cannot be changed. But SOMETHING to keep this kind of ridiculousness from happening.

C'mon DoorDash, get your *** together! You're looking really *** compared to Lyft, Uber, and Instacart right now!

Preferred solution: I am a Dasher as well as a customer. I want someone to add my referral to the person I referred, and I want to get the bonus incentive just like everyone else! I have been Dashing for 2 years!

User's recommendation: Order more food and tip better than nothing. We drive our own vehicles and do not get compensated for gas or mileage! We get a base pay of usually $2.50 - $4.00 depending on distance. If you don't tip, we get nothing. Which is why sometimes people leave your food for hours. Because you don't tip.

Dasher picked up my food and went home with the order got a message saying it was delivered my order was never delivered now no one is answering the phone and I can not connect with a chat bot I need a refund for the food I never received!

I too never received my order from Wendy's...when I tried to call door dash I spoke to a young lady who had a bit of a foreign accent. This young lady told me there was a mix up with the drivers, and that my order may have been delivered to someone else.

I was then put on hold while she got someone else to speak to me about this issue, and I informed him that all I wanted was for my credit card to reflect -$34.07 charge.

I did not get any satisfaction. I was then (finally ) able to reach Wendy's Customer service who will deal with Door Dash on the matter.
