False/Misleading Advertisement for Employees and Non-Payment

My only incentive for signing up for DoorDash was the "guaranteed $500 for 50 deliveries in one week." After 25 exhausting hours on top of my full-time job last week, I finally completed 50 deliveries just to fall about $180 short of $500. When I contacted customer service they pretended that they had no idea about this promotion.

The promotion was posted everywhere on social apps and mentioned that it was for new Dashers. I would like this guarantee fulfilled. I am a single mother of 3 and made this my second job only for the guaranteed $500 if I make those 50 deliveries and this is not worth it to me AT ALL if I constantly get low offers and waste my time and gas and end up completely mentally exhausted for little return.

I have even referred new Dashers just because of that promise I saw on all of the advertisements. I would like that to be fulfilled or I have no problem taking legal action for false advertisement and let all of the people I have told to start dashing to delete their account.

They screwed up my email address and phone number and could not confirm my identity since neither were correct. They want to continue to take out my dash pass money but not let me access the account. Done!!!!!

Someone used my credit card to order doordash

I called doordash and was transferred 15 times and then someone hung up on me and never spoke with me. Horrible company. I was trying to call them to find out how this happened and if they can track it down.

You will have to do a charge back with your bank. Door dash cannot do anything regarding a card that is not theirs it has to go through your bank

Cancelled order

Order said it was picked up and on the way and 2 minutes later said my order was cancelled. I then had to go out of my way to find the number for customer service to get my refund of $52.35! Such a hassle to get a hold of a representative of DoorDash. Then I was out on hold for 15 minutes on top of it.
