Don't have gate code
I went to the place to deliver the goods but I don't have the gate number to get in. I have call and text contact a customer try to give me a code gate but no answer and responded. I call and text doordash customer service and hold more than 20 mins twins and text but customer service not answering and responded me so I leave a place

I had a 43 dollar order and they didnt bring it, why do I have to go through all of this when your company messes up.?

Order issue
I placed an order from Walmart for delivery to my home. Your driver named Will, had to come all the way to the house in order to get my phone number from the Walmart app. But Walmart canceled the order He had to say it was for filled in order to close the entire order out. He called me back and said he will call you and let you know this issue as well but he wanted me to call also in conjunction so that you know this order was never fulfilled. I will need a refund of the charges.

Really poor service
Food was completely cold, left on the cold concrete even though I opted for hand it to be delivery option, was not notified that it was delivered until I contact the driver myself. Completely in utterly disappointed with the service and I should be issued a full refund

Very unhappy order was ice cold
I spent over $40 for a Wendys order and I opted for the hand it to me deliver option. The driver left it on the ice cold cement and did not notify me until I called him and he said he dropped it at the door. The food was ice cold it said that it was still supposed to be 5 to 8 minutes for a delivery, and I want to feed it to my dog this way. I expect either a full refund or to have the food delivered again at no cost
