I have reached out several times about my account. I am being charged for the subscription but have never received free delivery. Also when I tried to cancel my subscription it shows that I don't even have one. Id really like to be refunded for the cost of the subscription for the last 3 months as well as the cost of delivery. I have bank statements to show that I am being charged.

2 cancelled orders

DOORDASH - 2 cancelled orders
It was a very odd situation - I ordered via the app, waited over an hour then it was cancelled. Re-ordered dinner and waited and seemed the same thing was bound to happen. Called the restaurant and they said some woman called w the order and then someone came an hour later to pick it up but didnt have payment. Then they said the same woman called again and tried to order off the lunch menu and then they cancelled the order. My son and I basically ordered dinner at 6:30 and ended up going out at 8:45 to try to find something. Not a good experience w Door Dash for us. The restaurant says they arent associated w Door Dash either.

Door dash charged 49.95 door dash pass dont have a door dash pass have reference #14243**** Charlene best they wont refund my 49.95 on nov 9th this was my text to my email saying that 49.95 to my account in 5 to 7 business days refuse to give me my refund

Need to chang address my activation kit is going and phone number

I got hung up on and transferred to the after call survey line before I was helped by two people they did not listen to me and were not helpful at all but the third support tech Douglas was very helpful he knows how to do his job very well he communicated with me very clearly and went above and beyond. To help me he is the kind of people you need more of working there he deserves a raise his name is Douglass, and he got my new stuff shipped out emails confirming it and did it very fast he deserves a raise and to be recognized by the company for his great work.

Poor service

Orders are consistently wrong, not even close to what has been ordered. The drivers seem to get lost a bit. There are a few drivers that are on top of it though. They will call if there is an issue with the order and the food is delivered well. Used DoorDash out of state and have not had the amount of issues I have had here in Indianapolis.

Someone in SAN FRANCISCO, CA. USED MY CASH APP TO DOORDASH THEM SOMETHING. IVE CALLED DOORDASH NO ANSWER FROM NONE OF PHONE NUMBERS 855,844,650. NO ANSWER TO THE NUMBER. I HOPE CASH APP WILL RETURN MY MONEY
