Application follow up

Ive called 3 times about my application portal and nothing has been done to assist me. I put my application in almost 3weeks ago. Checker has already cleared me yet the system will not allow me to progress. Everytime I call I get the same you should get an email in 24-48hrs and have yet to receive anything.

Cancelled order refund

Order was cancelled b/c the restaurant was closed. I dont want to wait 5-7 biz days for refund. That is BS!!

Drivers exploiting customers privacy

Your drivers are posting customers shopping lists on Facebook and mocking them. Address this immediately or this crap WILL be sent to the media. I have the screenshots & a link to the witches profile. This is infantile, cruel, and a betrayal of your customers.

Did not receive 95% of my order

Placed an order through DoorDash from Chick Filet and it was 3 12 piece chicken nuggets, 2 medium fries, 2 salads and all was listed on the bag the driver handed me and I stated did not think this was my whole order in this small bag. Opened bag and had a small salad and a brownie on a $50.00 order with 10.00 tip to driver and he told me there was nothing he could do I needed to call DoorDash. Called DoorDash and was advised THEIR POLICY WAS NO REFUND. REALLY. This is ridiculous so you pay them for food you never receive what a racket.

Wrong Order Received

Says restaurant is closed so I can’t order, but it is open until 9 pm. (6:30pm now)

Refund over a month

This is my fifth attempt o contact Doordash over my $23 refund. I have been given three empty promises that someone will contact me within 24 hours because they have escalated my case but no one has yet to resolve the issue. I dont feel its right for Doordash to quickly debit my account over an incorrect order which I cancelled quickly but the refund promise has taken over a month. If I didnt check my account I would not have known that the refund has not been returned. This is ridiculous.

Delivery order missing items

half delivered. happens often. no customer service to speak of. extremely difficult to find the correct number to file a complaint. when you call no one answers thw phone. you have to go through a series of numbers to even get someone to answer, then good luck if the person answering knows any english or how to correct the situation. Their system is faulty.
