Payment Issues

So my card regularly becomes locked due to where I live, where I bank, and what companies get the money. However, Doordash keeps saying my card is locked, it's declined, it's inactive, etc when I can use the damn thing in person, on other online vendors and even pull money from my bank. I don't know WHY all of a sudden it decided this would happen but it needs to fix its system or own up to the problems it has with its systems rather than telling us it's a problem on our end. I deleted the app and won't use it anymore given this nonsense.

A Question, not a complaint.

Had a very simple question about their recent television ad that is currently running. Not a word from the company. Not a "thanks for your interest " Not a whisper. It's not like my question was terribly important, but still, this is supposed to be an international cutomer-friendly service. How hard is it to give a short heart-felt response. It likely took me more time to text this than it would have to replied.

User's recommendation: I can not recommend the customer relations part of the company. Don't know enough about the rest of it to accurately acclaim or criticize.

Delivery issue didnt get my order

I make a delivery order at little ceasars. And i got notifications and everything but was sent to a completely different address than mine. So i didn't get my order.

NotThey first order they missed up got a refund. Last order was suck. Guess they order what they wanted to order. I order a avocado bacon chicken sandwich combo with bake potato and Coke Zero. Of course they gave me the fries and a regular coke which I cannot drink. I wanted honey mustard for my nuggets they gave me barbecue. Like they cant get my order right for Nothing.

Not satisfied

Every time I order, its a problem. They gave me refund the time before. Then Last time they ordered what ever they wanted I guess. Like what the heck.

I am posting on every Taco Bell and Door dash place I can find. I have receipts and pics of what I received and yet have received a close to correct order. I will make it my mission to do this because I am retired and I have the resources to get as many people to stay away from DOORDASH and Taco Bell.. because you all are not a cohesive unit..I will continue to post everyday, on every site until this is corrected! Russ Cooper (850)812-**** If your in doubt...look and see what I have done....on your site and Taco Bell's!!!

Deceptive Advertising

I received a flier in the mail promising 5 dollars off plus free delivery for first time users of door dash. When I tried to put my promo code in it didnt work, I called door dash and they told me it was only for restaurants named on flier but flier clearly says local and national restaurants including chick-fil-a and a few more. When I questioned him he hung up in my face.Very poor business practice.

Someone stole my phone so they got my personal information to used my card so hopefully you guys can resolve this issue because I am a victim of a crime

Thank you! I am a Door Dash driver, and alot of the time we are treated horribly by the managers of food establishments, we call door dash support for issues and they ignore us or even hang up and leave us wondering what to do.

Buffalo Wold Wings was caught stealing our tip money, they allow abusive customers who don't tip or yell at us for food not made properly, when we just deliver-we don't prepare your orders.

I want my customers to be happy and satisfied with my deliveries-but door dash does everything possible to ruin that. Alot of the blame falls on the food companies and they abuse the drivers.Underpaid, overworked and stolen from.
