This has happened with Lil Caesars tonight 11/11/2020 in Arlington. I received a message stating delivered but no Pizza. The manager Chris at Lil Caesars had no idea what to do but refer me to customer service number thats hard to reach someone at Door dash. My pizza was delivered to someone else and where they should have called this chic Kassim A didnt bother to call at all, so one of my neighbors received a free pizza in Arlington, while I had to go out and purchase something else to eat and I had to be to work in a couple of hours. I had to stay on the phone for 30 minutes to speak with customer service for Doordash only to have him research and say unfortunately this happens a lot lets get you a refund. These big businesses need to completely stop using Doordash if they cant simplify the process of following rules and getting customers what they pay for or making it right in the event something does happen in a more quicker manner..... Im beyond upset!!!!!!!

Unresolved issue

After multiple conversations with doordash my payments still have not been reversed as I was told several times it would be. The app is actually impossible to unsubscribe. This company is awful and the staff is useless. This is my final attempt to get this resolved before taking legal action.

Issues Not Resolved

My sons credit card has fradulant activity from Door Dash. The orders are not from his Door Dash account but his credit card was used. We have attempted to call twice...both representatives said they would email confimation...nothing is ever resolved.

Doordash just stole my money

I ordered food, Doordash prematurely took my money before checking if my order could be fulfilled. Now Im stuck with no money to eat and feed my family tonight. And only a promise to have my money back in 5-7 days. They also offered $10 extra. My question was to them, "How does $10 help me now, when Doordash doesnt even offer anything for $10? I spent way more, and it was my last. Now we have to starve tonight and wait for my money back for days. They shoukd have check with the restaurant BEFORE they charged my card. Now we wont eat. Its after 10p now. So my family goes to bed hungry cuz I have no more money to by food. Ill NEVER USE THESE FOLKS AGAIN.. YALL SUCK *** AND IM REPORTING YALL TO THE BBB. YALL ARE ROBBERS

Driver refused to call customer of something the restaurant was out of when the manger asked

Manager at Popeyes in Indianapolis asked driver to contact the customer bc they were out of fries and the driver refused and told her give the customer whatever u have.. all I know is the driver name was Charles

Let the company propose a solution

Unresolved issue from MONDAY

I have contacted doordash and Moes multiple times with no resolution. The door dash driver never delivered my order from Moes on Monday, November 2. I paid and waited 3 hours before going to Wendys for dinner. Someone needs to credit me. Moes says its a door dash error and door dash says its a Moes error. I want my $30 back and since the door dash driver stole my order, you they should be making this right. Next steps are contacting BBB to report both companies.

Still not resolved

After many conversations with your company my issue has still not been resolved. This is ridiculous as it should not be a difficult request to be removed and stop direct billing.

Issue has not been resolved

After the conversation I had with doordash I was advised the payment would be reversed and it has not been. This is a week now. After trying to cancel this 5 times I am really starting to think your staff has no idea how to do their job correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous!
