Non-Working Gift Card

The gift card was pre-loaded and bought at a convenience store off the shelf. There is a receipt of the activation at check-out in store. Valid card. PIN Panel Scratched off. PIN will not load and validate on DoorDash system. I tried for more than half an hour and get error codes. Very lazy, poor customer care on chat, via email and on the phone. No ownership is ever taken. No concern for detail. No follow-up. No uniform communication. Promos do not load. Refunds are promised and never show up at the bank. Service fees are high and you get no service for them.

To find out how to fix problem with ordering

I dont have a 2nd form of payment. I have our debit cards. We are living on a fixed income and Im not able to work because of Covid 19. Im in the high risk category. But Im not trying to commit fraud. My husband just wanted a Reuben sandwich. This is such poor customer service. Really bad. But I guess thats just the way things are. I personally would never use yall. I can fix something easy and quick but right now my husband is so bored, we stay home all the time... so hes focused on food. All different kinds. So I just try to keep him appeased.but you should think about your fellow human beings

User's recommendation: Make sure u have 2 cards. Cash is not very valuable right now. Is this the part where $ is being thrown in the streets? Yikes. It’s getting crazy.

Fraudulent charges to my account

Someone In California has p PurchasedA DoorDash pass for $9.99 twice now. And also ordered food from two different places. I have a confirmation number that was given to me upon me making a complaint. I still have not received a phone call which I was told I would receive by now

What do you want them to say? Look fool, you're being ripped off by someone via this company.

Stop @#$# around and call your bank/card issuer if you want this to stop. It's clear you were compromised somehow. I hope you're doing more than whining on a message board and calling this place.

You probably should be checking your credit and placing a freeze on it as well. Stop being stupid....

Refund

My total came to 14 dollars, and then as soon as I submitted it I was notified that my card was charged for 18. There was Supposed to be no delivery charge. Also, after placing my first order I saw that the first order is 50% off, but I did not have that option until AFTER placing my first order. I am not happy. I will gladly pay what the restaurant charged me but I want a refund for this DoorDash nonsense. Also please do not call me.

Order wasn’t correct missing a few items

I placed an order for Dunkin Donuts off the door dash app when my order arrived I had 2 breakfast sandwiches (1 was wrong) and there was 2 muffins that were ordered and I never received them. I ordered 2 coffees which were spilled all over the bag. I called customer service and was hung up on... very rude and very dissatisfied!! I use DoorDash often and I want a refund as this is supposed to be convenient and it did not work out that way..:Ill be expecting my refund for my order

To receive credit for my order On 920/20, I placed my order at about 4:30 pmI was told my order was driver Dasher was on their way

NON DELIVERED ORDER I was told my order was driver Dasher was on their way. I set my phone alarm for 10 minutes, it went off I went and sat out on my patio front door to wait. A few minutes later I received a text your driver your food has been delivered. I will begin texting no Im sitting right here no food. After humerous texts and sent pic of my entry @ 108, It was clear the driver went to some other building Im in building F. Wherever they went it never arrived. I replace the order same exact item same restaurant Dasher Mary arit was clear the driver went to some other building Im in building F. Wherever they went it never arrived. I replace the order same exact item same restauran. I went out and stood on the curb on my street before you enter my driveway. I flag down t Dasher Mary and made her come all the way in, so see where my unit is. I then proceeded to chat the next day with door Dash. Chat assured me in an email confirmation my credit was on the way. Nothing yet.

They took my money!!

All I wanted to do is order some food and of course the app was having issues because its always slow even with the best service and internet. It ended up charging my card 3 times because of a glitch and now I have to sit on the phone for almost 30 min trying to get my *** money back. And now deleted the app and will never order here again!!

Issues with the order

Although DoorDash could not resolve my issue, they did apologize and offer me an account credit.
