ShockedI'm a dasher, and, I'm extremely pissed. DoorDash is so *** They have major issues with app glitches. I have been *** out of my pay almost every single day, and it's on their end. It's either they've sent me for an order that's been picked up already, or, the app glitches and pauses itself. Plus, not to mention the red card they have you use barely ever works. Just recently I went to pick up my orders and I spent 2 hours waiting because the red card kept being denied. I ordered from curry district Saturday June 19. The app never connected me to a driver so we eventually picked up the food ourselves since the restaurant said it was ready and waiting.

So we paid the restaurant to get our food and was told they would cancel the order. No way for us to cancel, and when I call customer service on hold for over 30+ mins and then disconnected. The chat function kept disconnecting as well. I have screen shots if you need them.

Eventually a driver was connected to the order but by then the food was already picked up. He completed the order, so we were charged twice including drive tip.

I order today from purepoke and same thing happens. Literally exact same.

Including chat function down and being on hold for almost 2 hours at the time I am writing this. And now I have two orders I need refunds for, and I seriously need some additional compensation to even consider using your service again.

You owe me $115.38 and $26.67

I honestly think( not know) that the dasher took off without the sundae thinking it was in the bag. They should check next time.

Dashpass

I saw an add for the annual dashpass and it said that my card would be charged $8 every month instead of $9.99 but instead it charged my card $96 and I didnt want it to do that at all and it didnt say it was going to do that, so I was wondering if i could get a refund for my money and cancel the dashpass?

Hello sir, I'm Sachin Joe Thomas my dasher account first I chosen bicycle and I was in waiting list for long and so I can't do deliveries and after I requested to change vehicle type to car and dasher support note down all my car information and documents for further actions . and its been like 4 days but I don't know whether my account changed to car or not and still I'm in waiting list. When I asked to dasher support about the waiting list they said like in their system my dasher account is showing like active but in my application still I'm in waiting list.

Very bad experience I order something and they delivered something else and not picking up the call and not even giving me my correct or refund very worst experience

I ordered from Taco Bell and they gave me wrong items from there whole order was wrong and now not picking call or not correcting my order and not even giving my refund my wrist experience as I was hungry from morning
