Customer service would not listen and is a *** They would not let me talk to anyone higher up and help me resolve my issues. They say my money was refunded and lied cause it never was. Very *** poor service and will never use again and I will make sure no one that I know never will as well even if I go get their food myself.

User's recommendation: Never use door dash it is a scam with no help with problems. They don’t deserve any stars.

Order went through credit card but not confirmed on your end

I had to cancel DoorDash order and go straight through the vendor. Ive never had issues DoorDash before. I was disappointed.

Promised a guaranteed amount and did not get it

NoDont trust DoorDash. If a customer Screws up you Get punished. Lost time and pay. Beware and theyll send you over an hour outside of your zone

On the info from Chase Bank you get 3 months free delivery & 9 months at 1/2 price. On Door Dash it says you only get your first order free. I have not ordered anything & to avoid confusion in the future I will just cancel this before it gets started.

Charged card did not receive food

I placed an order with Wingstop. When the Dasher got to the store they said they did not have my order. I was charged 30.28 and do not receive any food.
