I recently today was charged $9.99 when I am not signed up for any memberships willingly or have made any recent orders I would like a refund and whatever is charging my account to be stopped I am very upset and would like this matter solved quickly.

The driver was not even the person and the contact list, it was the drivers girlfriend and she was very rude upon delivering the food albeit because I made a mistake on the address

DoorDash - Improper delivery
The driver did not deliver my order to my apt # on the 3rd floor like all the other drivers do. Instead, they sat it next to an out door on the side of the complex and left it outside for anyone to take it. They were supposed to deliver it to my apt door and ring the bell and leave. The photo the driver took plainly shows it outside of the building. They refuse to come back and deliver it to my Apt #. Im handicapped and cant go looking for it around this complex. All they had to do was take the elevator up to my floor and Im right by the elevator but they didnt and now refuse to make it right. I will put out a full page add to tell everyone to not use Door Dash EVER!!! Thats not how you do business and that driver should be fired along with the supervisor for their actions!!!

I was never contacted by door dash and it has been weeks. My grocery item was never found anywhere on the premises of my Apt Complex, which means that Door Dash owes me for my grocery item that was never delivered to the apt number placed on the delivery address.

Leaving it at an outside entrance door of the complex was stupid and shows me a very lazy driver that cannot do their job properly. It’s inexcusable and Door Dash Owes Me My Money!!!

Fraudulent charge

Fraudulent chargeI have been charged for something called dash pass that I did not sign up for at least to my knowledge somehow I was put into something that I would never have signed up for and Ive been charged twice on my credit card for this at 999 each they will not refund me because I used the dash pass how can you say I use something I didnt even know I had I wont be using DoorDash any longer

Fire the dasher

My daughter used your app the dasher took forever showed up with half the order the subs were cold my daughter requested a refund I am Deleting my app . The woman new she screwed up and would not go get the order Soraia. Was the drivers name . From nashua . She lucky my daughter used her app cause I would have gone off .

My experience using your platform has been absolutely horrible. EVERY TIME I order from you guys my dasher picks up multiple people orders at the same time to make an extra buck $ and my order gets to my 45 minutes after they pick it up and I get my food cold, soggy and absolutely unacceptable. I have used your system of partial refunds that take up to 5 business days and or credits for the same bad experience. You guys need to seriously rethink your system and how the food is ARRIVING to the customers. I would honestly say Ive had my food delivered to me warm about 1 out of 15 orders. This is insane! I would like some answers about why this hasent been addressed. I believe your company owes me some SERIOUS reparations. I look forward to hearing from you.

Several instances I ordered from door dash, my food was not delivered. And the few times they were delivered, the driver was so late, service was horrible, they left the food outside near bugs etc
