User's recommendation: If we have money on our doordash accounts please contact us or talk to us about how we’re going to get paid. Instead of deactivating my account and not contacting me or paying me.

Why am I getting charged for a fee when we have a no delivery fee

User's recommendation: I would say check the bag to see if it’s the right order, but if it’s not they can’t take that mistaken order to the next customer because that violates rules because you opened someone else’s bag of food

I had correct address, and even directions to front door and Dasher still got it wrong. I walked out to meet Dasher, and he was given my food to someone across the street. Furthermore, I finally found him and said hey, I have been calling you, where's my order? Dasher: oh, oh, one sec he says, he then runs across street knocks on door, gets my food from lady that had straw in drink slurping away and then runs back over to me and says oh so sorry, gravy missing, drink half gone, lady across street burps and lights a Marneverlboro

I had ordered a delivery from jets pizza and my order was dropped off cold and soggy the food tasted horrible let alone the time of delivery was changed and extended an extra 15-20 minutes which is very unprofessional trued to contact customer support to refun my order and they completely tried to justify that oh its this time of year and what bot excuse terrible customer service unprofessional customer service and verbage and wrongful justification on behalf of customers never again !!!

Gift card

Yes someone was supposed to call me back. The issue was never resolved. I had a$25.00 gift card. I purchased food from Chilis totaling $18.84 minus $5.00 discount which equals $13.84. $25.00 - 13.84 = $11.16. So I should have a balance of $11.16 on the gift card. When I tried to use the card again it said I used it already and it is not showing a balance.

App malfunction

I was dashing two deliveries. One for Sean B and one for Jin on 6/21 at around 630pm and the app stopped working after I delivered Seans order. And now Im sitting here without an address to deliver to Jin. In the app it doesnt look like Im being paid for either! This is outrageous. Now I waisted about an hour trying to figure this out. Please contact me.

Great service
