Payments

I wigned up for 1 month to try it out. Wasnt for me. So I havent used it and tried to cancel last month but I think I missed something because I still was having payments being taken out. Needed my subscription cancelled and my money refunded.

Driver has been sitting in the same spot for 20 minutes and can't be reached

A driver was dropping off a delivery on the way to us. Tracking her, saw she was about 3 minutes away from us (thinking thats where the previous drop off was) we kept track and did not see her move for over 20 minutes. We tried calling and texting to make sure everything was okay but went straight to voicemail.

Contined charges

For almost a year now I've been having to contact their customer service due to the fact that my subscription was cancelled back in February of 2021 and a couple of days ago fund another charge for their subscription of $9.99. Each time I speak to the CS they have to reimburse me for the fees. And every month since I've had to continuously call due to the continued charges. And they don't put notes on the account you have to have the previous reference number of who you contacted and why. This is ridiculouos. I will be contacting BBS and the Attorney General's office. This should not be occurring since the subscription has been cancelled

Where is my food

had order from Burnt end Barbecue that took more than half an hour to get to my house from the restaurant . Meaning the delivery driver took his sweet time delivering the food. Which was barely warm when it arrived. Possibly he took some other deliveries along with him and dropped them off before mine. No problem with that except too many of them makes the end person's food below parr and Not what I paid for, especially with fees.

Customer food

Waiting on orders

Wanted to write a review on how dashers get scored. I feel like we as dashers ratings should not go down due to the time we spend waiting on orders at places like restaurants and Walmart because its not our fault that the orders arent ready. Its not fair our ratings decreases due to the fact the customer order doesnt arrive on time they need to take in consideration the wait time the dashers have to wait on the customer orders

Did not receive order

Was delivered to wrong address, Dasher refused to get my food from customer he gave it to. I asked him to meet me by the coded gates and mailboxes but not hearing anything back from them.

Want to delete a payment method

The App should be updated to alleviate the need to call Door Dash and having to be on hold for close to 30 minutes for this to be accomplished! High fees on DD and ridiculously horrible customer service! Do better!

Someone stole my account & ive not received help after multiple times of contacting them
