I need to speak with some one. I waited for a live chat for over five minutes never got one

Cold food

My food was cold, it was 30 mins late dasher took it to the wrong house! Then only gave me half my money back!

Rude. Terrible. Customer Service

When dealing with the United States they should have someone who has an understanding of the English Language. This is a global business, but if you're speaking in English you should be able to be understood. Hung up on by a supervising As I was mid- sentence. Sorry, you were charged for items you didn't get. Sorry, the picture you got is not the front door where the food was left. Sorry, sorry with no backup.

All 5 of my tacos had red sauce on them which is too hot for me. I requested salsa verde in the side but it was not included. I can not eat these. They are too hot. I would like another order sent to me. I cant do that with only a $5 refund from Door Dash. I need the full amount & Door Dash fees so I can reorder the meal I can eat, please.
