Horrible Service

My Son Tyshaun ordered he and Sister food from Panda Express because I was working late. The food never showed up.

My Son waited on the porch for an hour for its arrival. No one showed. Then we received an alert saying the food arrived, but never did as we were on our porch the entire time. My Son called the restaurant to be told that the driver stole his food.

The restaurant tried calling the driver several times and he never answered. When I called customer service they were not helpful at all, and said they could only give me a refund that would take up to 7-10 days and they could not resend my kids food. I had to leave work and go pick their food up and they were very hungry.

This is very unprofessional and I will not be using this service in the future and my family and friends wont be either. My sons phone number for the order was 443-820-****.

I was told it was delivered but when I looked on my porch nothing was there. I tried contacting the delivery driver and he just quit responding to me I've had other small issues but never nothing like this I feel like I've been robbed and in the middle of this pandemic people don't have money to throw away specially with a company i trusted

Delivery driver in Oceanside was rude and left the food by the community front gate. It was never delivered.

This driver for Door Dash was beyond rude and obnoxious. He is obviously in the wrong business. He should not have any interaction with customers since he doesn't care about us, just himself. I am not sure if I will order delivery service from El Pollo Loco again since they use Doordash. Good luck you all.

Poor customer service

I am having a hard time understanding why I cannot be compensated for something that I did not get. This happens to me quite often and I really think that this is unfair that I spent my hard-earned money and didn't even receive half the food that I was supposed to get how is it my fault that I am supposedly overcompensated.

Is this not the restaurants fault for messing up constantly .I mean there has to be some way to resolve this. Is there anyone else that I can speak to about this, this is just not right at all. It's been happening way to often and it usually is resolved and I forgive still continue to be a loyal customer. I feel like I have had my money stole from me.

This isn't right and I really need to speak to someone. This should not be allowed, I really feel like maybe I should maybe ask other customers on social media if they are having the issues as I have. This definitely is not the first time either.

It may sound petty but I believe that when I pay for something I should receive those items. I want someone to contact me back about this problem.

My earnings didn’t hit my direct deposit account.

I was looking at my bank account and my earnings were supposed to be there. I checked my DoorDash account and it has said the money has been deposited to the correct account but it still has not shown up.

Door Dash has gotten too greedy by jacking up restaurant prices every couple months. Arby's has a 2 for $6.00 special, but Door Dash wants OVER $7.00 FOR ONE SANDWICH. Uber has jacked up their delivery price to $10.00 - $17.00 and they had the balls to send me a $15.00 gift certificate, which would cover the delivery charge.

I got someone else’s order

I received someone elses order and as always I being told theres nothing u can do I dont want a four dollar credit I want my order bring me my order and take back this food I didnt order I use DoorDash for my establishment and I know how DoorDash works and Im not being treated right because I always seem to get someone elses order like thats my fault so now Im out of money and my kids are out of dinner this is on acceptable

Didn't show up with the food when they finally showed up and hour and half laterwas cold when it finally got here an hour and a half later doordash really sucks in delivery they keep making excuses for what was late didn't offer any real solution

When determining where to place an order for our Valentines Day dinner we looked at delivery times. Outback had a 40 minute window. Great! Order placed at 6:10. First notification delivery at 7:15. Next notification 7:45. Checked the AP - no dashers available. Possible delivery time 8:10 p.m. 8:10 comes and goes - nothing - no dashers - 8:40 delivery time. Great - pop up screens shows sure we can give you $44.01 in door dash credit or a refund in 5 to 7 days. Please give me a full refund because I dont want to be deceived by this horrible service any further. Had the AP been up to date or been able to provide a correct estimated time, I would have made a different decision. And while I appreciate Door Dash cannot confirm the availability of Dashers, they can control what their AP says. If one is not available, just make a notation of that! Who would subscribe to this service?!?!? First time, last time customer.

Requested to leave at door 3 times in writing I am disabled, they claim they left it in the rain in the parking lot I went out to look its a big complex , no food, hungry and in pain

My food order was horrible and inedible. Taco Bell refused to take back the food. Door dash didnt really take long enough for the food to be so poor so I thought Taco Bell to blame but door dash made it right and refunded my order.
