I placed my order on the door dash site at 6:32 pm. I get a text update that my food will arrive in 40 minutes.
At 8:15 I get a message the driver has arrived but there is no driver at my house. i try and contact the driver but no answer. I'm now very frustrated so call customer service, they apologize and reorder my food. An hour later I get a text that my order has been cancelled as the restaurant was closing.
So pissed off now its 10:24pm.
So this morning I get an email saying they issued me a $10 credit. Do they think that this really helps my starving stomach last night.
Never using this service again!
