Terrible company to work for!

Dasher support is a joke. Their solution to all problems is to read from a script and no emphasis on actually helping Dashers! Out of country Customer support (Most likely India) which in turn has reps that barely speak fluent English.

Didn’t get my order

The refund policy is horrible. They're telling me that they can't do anything about my order being missing. That was a 50 dollar order that they said they can't refund me my money even though I never got the food

Wasted 4 hours over past 2 weeks trying to get a lousy $40 back in my account for a screw up on their end

Ordered something, order was canceled. They claimed that the transaction had just be erased from my bank statement. It HAD been erased, but upon talking to the bank, the transaction was deducted from my balance. It was never refunded. When I called (4-5 times) they put me on hold for an hour just to tell me that Im retarded and the $ was never taken out in the first place. Place is a joke.

Couldn’t get on the phone who understood English

Was trying to call about being employed and got the run around cause they could understand what I was saying. First they couldnt pull up my application cause she didnt listen to what I was saying so I had to talk loud to my phone and super slow. Then they didnt give me any information regarding my back ground check.

Have it gotten paid

Yeah nobody did it interview never nobody showed me how to do the job how to read the following where to pick the food up where I drop the food off at how to take pictures in a bit did any of that I had to learn on my own and I still havent gotten paid

Annoyed Customer

My account was hacked a few months ago and I have since been getting a monthly charge of 9.99. DD is not able to do anything for me since I no longer have the card. I am livid.

Bad customer service

I was join doordash apps as delivery driver.... Its very bad experience with doordash... Long distance delivery, bad customer service which they don't care what u complained..... Stay away...

I spend a TON of money with door dash every month and I am tired of not getting what I ordered. I will be moving to another delivery service.

Still cant get onto my DoorDash account! So I gave up on it. I have called customer service 10 times about becoming a dasher and it didnt work. So I am over trying it.

Impossible to cancel order transferred to 3 representatives

I was transferred to 3 representatives who say they cant find me with my name and phone number, they have been taking 10 a month for a year but I am not a customer
