DoorDash - Will NEVER use again

Ordered from Jersey Mike's at 10:15 AM. Was supposed to only take 37 minutes from order placement. At 11:15 AM I look in the app to see what's going on. Lo and behold my order won't be here until 12:41-12:51. 2 and a half hours after the original order was supposed to be here. Never again will they have my business.

Door dash customer service is a joke. Every time your dashers take forever to get my food and fail to deliver it in a timely manner, Door Dash does nothing. My food was delivered over a half hour late, AGAIN, and food was no longer edible. Food was ice cold and soggy from sitting in the containers at the restaraunt for so long. A complete joke.

DoorDash is full of *** ***

I contacted support and simply was not pleased with anything they did to correct their problem and issue. I waited over an hour to get my food and a driver was unable to be located. DoorDash should make sure there is an available driver first before allowing the customer to complete their order. Simple as that. I have to wait now 7 to 10 business days for my refund and I’m still *** hungry. Thanks a lot DoorDash, great *** customer service

DoorDash - Food delivered had bugs
I got my food and half of the fries were gone, the rest was cold and nasty. I had BUGS in my drink. I contacted coustomer support and they hung up in my face. I called again and they only refunded me partially what I paid and gave me door dash credit as if I’m ever using them again. Thanks this company sucks.
