They fully refunded my money. The refuse to admit that there has been any kind of data breach and that is very troublesome. I will never use Doordash again.

I genuinely only feel this was resolved due to my staying on top of the situation constantly. On my first call last week they said they'd follow up within 2 days.
I demanded a reference # so that there'd be a record we could look up. After that, I called every day....

After weeks of headache, DoorDash's actual insurance company got in touch with me. A few weeks after that, they evaluated the damage and issued a check to cover it.

A careless Dasher took out my custom wrought iron mailbox a week and a half ago. I have been fighting...Doordash drivers are independent contractors and are not employed by Doordash. U should have gotten his licence plate and driver's licence info to have the law go after him. Doordash does not care.

I had ordered a pizza from Depalma restaurant located in Atlanta. The gluten free pizza I ordered said it cost $2.95. With taxes, service fee and tip it came to be a little over $6.00. Once I placed my order I received an email from DoorDash...Sounds like you need to pick up your family and go get it yourself, or cook something at home...

Wow not expecting any word so soon & resolution as quickly ! I received an email from DD's customer support team saying they saw my side of things & were issuing me a Full Refund !! So now I can drop my stress from this matter & get on with our holiday celebration!!!...

Delivery was from a restaurant 5 minutes away from us. The driver drove right by our house - and kept driving until he got on the highway far beyond our area. He didn't call us until he had already passed our house - even though...- Worst possible service
Resolved: DOORDASH in Los Angeles, California - Live 8 mins away. They picked it up and drove 45 mins in the other direction

I've called at least six times today. Each time I call a supervisor is already on the phone or every single supervisor in the entire place is in a meeting (this has been said to me twice).
They don't care about their consumers.
I've had to cancel all of my credit cards and get a new card issued by my bank. All they can say is I'm sorry and someone will call you.
