Order issue

My issue was resolved by customer service by rescheduling my delivery. Originally the order told the dasher my two orders were in one bag; however, they were not. Dasher took picture of the delivery and posted it to both orders. After I opened it in front of him he realized only 1 order was given to him.

User's recommendation: Call don’t use chat, chat takes way too long to resolve.

Didn’t get my stuff

I didn't get my snacks and I wasted 38$ and im mad as *** I was poses to get jolly ranches and Wethers Carmel candy's and a big blue bag of Doritos andTwizzlers and spite and sour cheddar Ruffles and Krabby Patties and and barbecue Fritos twisties and the purple bag of Doritos and it was big and Strawberry Shortcake ice cream and 2 gummy bears but there were original and thats all and it should be free

Not upset with DOORDASH !!

I placed an order and part of the order was left at the restaurant So I wanted DOORDASH to make sure I got my items. I did not want a refund.

Double charge

It appears that the store charged an extra $.57, and it was explained that the original charge would be dropped. Our groceries were delivered with alacrity; however, our order of 2 dozen eggs was delivered with 2 eggs cracked and they had to be thrown away.

Solved I recently posted on this site a bad review regarding door dash because I could not get through to them. I made a fifth attempt, finally got through, spoke with an amazing representative who is extremely friendly

No coffee drink on my order

Unauthorized charges in my account

Just wanted to know why I was charged repeatedly to something I didnt even subscribed to and called about it and got sum of my refund Ofc I wanted all of it back cause I didnt subscribe to the DoorDash pass in the first place but it was my fault for not taking action in the beginning so its all good at least Im getting sum money back

Missing item from order

I didnt get my vitamin water in my order. Called customer service right away and I got my refund :).

Overly charged.

Customer service representatives were exceptionally generous, kind & patient. Their helpfulness was through the roof. The absolute best customer service Ive received in a LONG TIME!!! And my problem was QUICKLY resolved!

Tech problems

July 27th: navigation from app sent me to a different location that I was supposed to go making me 17 min late. July 31st: same above August 1: in app navigation sent me to a condominium instead of customers real address causing me to call customer for her correct address.
