Incompetent driver

driver name Michael phone #650-437-****. I heard someone speeding in my driveway!

Then I get a call. I did not answer because usually id doordash person is trying to call you it says doordash driver is attempting to reach you. so then I hear a car backing out fast and I was dumb founded. who would drive their car like a maniac down a driveway!

I called back the 1 missed call only to have someone tell me "yeah I left your food in the back because you didn't pick up your phone" and hung up on me! omg really your working for a company called doordash! bro! please at least leave my food outside my door that is what all the other delivery people do!

Why leave it in my parking lot! wtf is wrong with him!

I wouldn't have tipped him had I known he was going to do something like that! There is only 4 apartment units in my apartment complex !

Ordered pizza and garlic bread through doordash. Got the garlic bread but did not get the pizza, cold and inedible, until 19 hours later. Then received a doctored photo making it look like the pizza had been delivered the night before. Sounds crazy but this is the truth. Will never use this service again. They should be put out of business.a

Poor customer service

I received the wrong food how are you going to punish the customer because the drivers or restaurants continue to make mistakes or get orders messed up or receive someone else's food? Too many compensations really fix your model because customers are always right. Why would you continue to reward the drivers and restaurants due to this I will take my business elsewhere

I am disappointed in Door Dash. I am a frequent customer and a driver and have never experienced any problems until now. I had ordered from Freddys. I was told my ordered was picked up and would be arriving. However, Door Dash sent my driver to another restaurant to pick up and the wait at that restaurant is exceptionally long. Now the $50 order I made is cold and the ice cream is completely melted. I would like a refund for my order. And I dont support the two order pick ups during high time. Sara

Order #675b2406 customer: Alec P on Wednesday @7.09pm This order (5 items) was confirmed, prepared and picked up by a male dasher. Then customer called us to inform that dasher refused to deliver that food because it was too far so he canceled the order. Please Do make sure we get paid for this order abt train your dashers to work more professionally. More importantly your customer service is Terrible!!! We have been reaching out to you to solve this issue but been ignored and no replies whatsoever. If you cant do the business right then dont do it at all. Terrible customer service team.
