Not happy with service.

Not happy with service. Was left at wrong door. Luck for Hailey that I own both sides of duplex. Even through it states on left door to use other door she did not. I did not even get a knock on said wrong door. Food was at wrong door for 40 minutes.

User's recommendation: This does not happen on a regular bases. Matter of fact this is the second time in the 3/4 years I have been using Doordash. The washers are always very happy ,up beat and professional. Over all I'm still happy with the service as a whole. And if your thinking i should try them, do you won't be sorry. I real like Doordash better then their competitors. Who always got it wrong and NEVER wanted to help fix the issue.

The call wait time is apparently over 30 minutes. Ive been waiting an hour for my food and have no way to contact my dasher although the app recommended that in the even that my delivery is as late as it is.

Preferred solution: Fix your customer service line/get more calls, figure out a better system with restaurants, give dasher contact info, basically anything. I’ve had so many bad experiences with DD I don’t know why I still use it. Should just go with Postmates.

Apparently you think it is ok to deliver my order to feed heathcare workers to a TRASHCAN outside of a mall. I spent $30 on 2 breakfast bagels. After waiting multiple attempts at contacting our delivery driver with no response I filed a complaint that I never received my order. I also chatted with an agent who simply said it was delivered and ended the chat. Only to receive and emailed picture of my food ON a trash can outside of a mall full of Drs offices. The bag wasnt even closed! Do you really expect me to go fetch food off a trash can outside to feed our Dr!!! During a PANDEMIC! I will never order from doordash again

Absolutely ridiculous!! How can you have a business and not provide customer service. I would like my refund for an order that was canceled by the restaurant AFTER it charged my card. Restaurant said I had to take it up with doordash yet I have been trying for 4 days nows - i have tried everything offered to contact customer support and still no response or refund. This is outrageous

I got charged for the monthly subscription and When I first i did NOT want to be signed up for that and Now been told that I am not getting my money back I never received a phone call about the situation they only sent 2 emails . I sent screenshots showing that the money was taken off by the company and they are still refusing to give me my money back . And they have it to where you cant talk to someone on the phone and they wouldn't put the manger on the chat either .

I ordered on DoorDash and it cancelled my order. Tried again and cancelled. DoorDash took a total of $56.69 out of my account anyway. Called all the Chipotle locations around and non of them received an order. Honestly Im pissed and demand my refund back. Doesnt even show any order history on my app for any cancelled orders.

Missing item- says error every time I try and enter on app

It was worked out. The business looked like it charged me for an item but then eventually refunded me back. They didnt let me know they did not have an item until after delivered.
