I did not receive my order

I did not receive my order from Panera. The driver took it to the hospital next door and not to my address. This is the second time this has happened and Panera will not help. As much as it costs for delivery they could at least provide a refund. I did not get a receipt because I never received the order. $21.75

I ordered soup and a salad and 2 bagels, My order was never delivered to me and I waited 2 hours and ate crackers. I called Panera and they couldnt help because it is a he carriers fault. I was very disappointed that my order never showed up and I was never notified by anyone. I spent $21.75 for nothing.

Placed an order driver was rude claiming my buzzer or door code wasnt working. Was in rush sent text left good in lobby when I sent someone down to get food delivery was not in my lobby. Order was left at another location lobby. I had hard time contacting customer agent then only got reimbursed $ 7.00when my total order was almost $30.00. Reached out again to customer agent waited for 2 hours with no reply phone died see now they only reimburse my 5$ claiming I could have picked. Up order from my lobby which was not the case. I want my full refund. Extremely unsatisfied

Location London Ontario, Canada. I placed my first DoorDash order (see attached) and got someone elses order. What I got when contacting DoorDash? Well, I called the support line twice and was told I am not receiving any compensation (no refund, no re-order) due to DoorDash policy: Charges paid by you for completed and delivered orders are final and non-refundable. Hey, you got 50 dollars from me to complete a lunch order and send me nothing I ordered and tell me I cant get my money back?! This is rubbery.

DoorDash delivered to my neighbors, three doors down the street and had to my right address??? Im glad I have honest neighbors! How do you confuse 103 with 109??? Just laziness is all I can think!

User's recommendation: I've been trying to get my money back from your company since January of 2023. A tip is to make sure you LOCK your card back or someone will steal ur money and be fighting to get at least Half back.
