It makes you email them with an issue. So if your wanting to add,drop, or need to correct something it can’t be done in a timely matter. If you try and use chat feature 56 minute wait. They are only answering restaurant calls. Heck with customers

I just ordered a spicy chicken meal with a whopper. They said ordering 4 the first time I would also get a free whopper. I didnt even get the one I ordered also food is cold & onion rings are extremely hard.

Driver was lost over 30 minutes

The driver could barely speak English and I know about 5 words of Spanish and she was lost. Nothing could help her understand what I was saying and so I called customer service to beg them to help her. One hung up on me after I waited 8 minutes. The next person spoke two words to me while I asked for help. All I got was dead air and a uh huh. I then gave up.the driver went to 3 complexes in the meantime and took 35 minutes to gat from our corner to our door. During this time, I had someone covering our complex to try and find her. Neither the driver nor we needed that kind of angst. Door dash has a right to assist their drivers.

Damaged order
