DoorDash is full of *** ***
I contacted support and simply was not pleased with anything they did to correct their problem and issue. I waited over an hour to get my food and a driver was unable to be located. DoorDash should make sure there is an available driver first before allowing the customer to complete their order. Simple as that. I have to wait now 7 to 10 business days for my refund and I’m still *** hungry. Thanks a lot DoorDash, great *** customer service

DoorDash - Food delivered had bugs
I got my food and half of the fries were gone, the rest was cold and nasty. I had BUGS in my drink. I contacted coustomer support and they hung up in my face. I called again and they only refunded me partially what I paid and gave me door dash credit as if I’m ever using them again. Thanks this company sucks.
DoorDash - Never received my food and still hot charged for it.
Very bad customer service no one was able to help.
DoorDash - Delivery
My meal was not hot and the driver made 3 stops before he came to my house but I paid the same as previous orders when they came straight to me with hot food
DoorDash - Not receiving money from last check that was sent a week ago
I dashed on Sunday and earned around 50$ and it says sent Monday but I haven’t received anything and it has been 5 days now

DoorDash - Unhappy with driver
I have placed an order before and had the same person deliver my order. He is extremely rude and after calling customer support I felt even more unhappy.
DoorDash - No food
I placed my order at 9:08 they told me it will be 30 to 40 minutes. Now at 10:18 they’re saying another 45 minutes I have to work early in the morning and I am not going to be eating at 11 or 12 o’clock
