Door Dash refunded my account and I was able to order from another restaurant.

I ordered a lamb kabob sandwich and received one lamb skewer I was charged more then what the food was worth I received! I'm upset!

Its been 2 months since i havent got my refund they say they did it but i have not yet seen my refund or the credit of 25 dollars and im getting really agitated about the whole situtation.

In short, I got a new phone that didn’t have the Dasher app on it and the app didn’t appear in google or App Store searches. It took a few tries and a couple minutes when I called Dasher support (their line couldn’t be found via google either), but they did assist me correctly and I was able to get the app back on my phone. A positive review from me.

I received a text saying That my door Dasher Kit came to my house and nothing came to my house I wanted him to check my address to verify that they have the right address and he didn't

Orders were placed but the restaurants is not allowing DD orders today

Called in an order june 16 2018 that was 8miles away at 9:00pm. Was tired and just got off work. Had to talk via chat at 11:45 and he just said they would report it and was it ok to credit my doordash account. So ive waited 3hrs, you bill me and give me a credit!! What a joke. Uber eats is much better.
