Item charged for not received, horrible customer service!

Their call team could not get me to the person who could help me, I was on the phone for 2 hours!!! Completely unacceptable!

User's recommendation: Use Grubhub, Uber Eats or any other delivery service.

Didnt get all my order

I didn't get all my order and the delivery driver just left it on my step. That were not the instructions. Food was cold and not all there.

Complaint with delivery

This is the second time door - dash dropped my order off in front of the apt. Office door . (Anyone could have picked it up.) I ordered Door-dash so I would not have to walk or drive from my apartment. If there is a "signals-crossed" problem, driver usually calls to ask gate code number and apartment number which would have taken about five minutes. I went down to get the lunch and it was cold from being left out. Again, this is the second time this has happened. It's all a matter of common sense.

Order taking 2 hours

Submitted order . After it said it will take 2 hours . Tried to cancel right away and it said I wouldnt get my money back because food was being prepared . Guess Ill have 2 hour old food ?

Re-delivery was delivered to the wrong home. Multiple calls back and fourth with the driver. I dropped a location pin and still waited over two hours.

Even on the re-delivery it was delivered to the wrong place. The associate stated the order was at my door. We spent several minutes on the phone and multiple calls back and fourth on a re-delivery! I have ordered from door dash a couple of times. I really wanted to like your service but it was a headache and my sandwich was a bit soggy. Grub Hub will have to be my go to from now on 2 hours and still lost? My address is very simple and I left detailed directions w a gate code. I even dropped a locator pin twice to set the exact location. Sincerely, Never using Door Dash again.

#1 How is an undercooked burger DoorDash's fault?? #2 Due to Covid guidelines, all order bags are SUPPOSED to be sealed by the merchant.

Your DoorDash delivery person IS NOT allowed to open any bags & check orders since Covid started.

Both of these examples are MERCHANT issues, yet you are giving DoorDash bad reviews. You should consider yourself lucky that you've apparently already received too much credit from DoorDash for complaints that should've been credited from the Merchant you ordered from in the 1st place.

Issues

Customer service is incompetent and still thinks I should pay the fees and tip for a driver who left half my order at restaurant. Im sick during a pandemic which is why I ordered and now Im screwed and have to find food somewhere else.
