Mistaken Order

I accidentally placed a DoorDash order then realized the fees and taxes exceeded the cost of my sandwich so I called customer service in hopes of either getting the order cancelled. The agent was very pleasant and deducted fees considerably leaving me pleased with my order.

Trying to talk to someone about my

I have difficulty trying to get a hold of people. 1. My order was left outside even though they have directions of what to do how to get to my house. When I came back it was gone. 2. I ordered again and it did come and I paid it however the DoorDash Pass was not Used.

The food was cold and he didnt have far to drive. It took a long time (over an hour) to get our food. Customer service was excellent as they were very virtuous and polite.

Ordered food it was claimed to be picked up by the restaurant. My dashed never came I ended up going to buy food on my own and Im those two hours I called and messaged the number was not in service when I called and the pizza place. Assuming dasher took the food and just decided not to deliver.
