Covid safety. Really?

We were just delivered someone elses food. My husband thought I ordered food so he brought it in the house. Then the doordash deliverer rang our doorbell for food and took it to deliver 5 houses down. This is so not safe or okay. I will now never order food. I will be letting KGO and other avenues know this. That was not okay to pass that off to customers. What if we were sick? What if we were and that was passed off to the customer who is eating dinner now. Disgusting doordash!

Im receiving texts saying Hello Joann you are signed up with Door Dash. My name is not Joann and I have never signed up with your company. Im not able to call you and resolve this and Im extremely upset that this fraud goes unattended to by Door Dash. Im also Electro sensitive so every fraudulent text your company sends gives me health issues. I do not wish to go online to an app I never downloaded as a person I am not. You need to be held accountable and I will be reportthis to the authorities. Its a disgrace you are unaccountable to this fraud. Your business is now hurting people please have some integrity. I will never use Door Dash. Please advise. Answer your phone and help me.

I am terribly shocked and annoyed even disgusted at the careless, even heartless way you treat your customers.

I put in my order Friday evening, set a 2 hour delay for delivery, a text said order would soon be there. Soon another text said I'd have to order from somewhere else or order another day.so I set it up for Saturday at 11:45am. The set time came and went, no food and no contact, impossible to reach anyone to complain, not making a good impression on me, very poorly run, bunch of bandits.

Called about a order and how the order never went through to the restaurant. Waited on customer service for a 1 hour.

Someone answers the phone and says door dash customer service sorry I can hear you and Immediately put the phone down without hanging up and I could hear the representatives on the other end of the line laughing and joking about how this person wait an hour and I just hung up on them after that I stayed on the phone for an additional 15 minutes trying to reach in contact with the representative another in the phone who work in here talking with other employees. After this I was called back By the customer service line each time picking up saying hello how high is his customer service with a simple just click of the phone and then hanging up on me this is outrageous in the should never happen when I call your customer service number and what I would like fixed is a I’d like to know who called who answered by customer service phone why they treated me like that and two I want to some kind of likby the customer service line each time picking up saying hello how high is his customer service with a simple just click of the phone and then hanging up on me this is outrageous in the should never happen when I call your customer service number and what I would like fixed is a I’d like to know who called who answered by customer service phone why they treated me that.

I don’t feel appreciated by the company.of the I would like you to give you another chance but I don’t wanna pay and that’s ridiculous and how you acted and behaved. I would also like to talk to someone in charge and be given a apology and reason why this happened

I put in the wrong zip code while signing up and it says I'm on a waitlist. The area i was actually signing up for was 30118, and they are advertising for dashers. Is there anyway i can change this because my number is connected to tge account.

Never received my order it was placed at my neighbor's door across the street from my house and they took it so I would like my order to be replaced in the tip money for the driver to be refunded back to my card please and thank you is yacht pics that are free to give me the stuff.

We placed an order through Melting Pot website and requested delivery through DoorDash. A delivery fee and tip were added to the total. Restaurant ended up calling us to say driver hadn't picked up food. We tried calling driver twice and left message. No response. Eventually 25 minutes after food should have been delivered my husband ended up going to pick the food up himself. I contacted DoorDash customer service, and they told me driver was still finishing up prior order. They cancelled the order but I told them I wanted delivery fee and tip back. I was told ok. It was never refunded and customer service refuses to assist. They just tell me to contact the restaurant. The restaurant did their part. DoorDash was totally at fault.

Food was delivered to wrong address after exchange of text verifying apartment number.

I ordered my food and the dasher sent a text asking for the building number. Not only that my apartment building is one way in and one way out ... VERY SMALL. This guy text me letting me know he left my food at another building and I should have had better instructions.
