I was expecting my $70 tip but I never got it. Was told that they would investigate the problem and would get back to me but they never did. They also gave me my tip for $29 dollars instead of my $70 tip witch was also confusing. They tried to explain to me that and say that they gave it to me during last week's pay but I had to tell them that I was actually waiting on those tips so I know I never got it,if I would've received it then the blue highlighted area that has your tips high lighted would've disappeared as soon as the tip is issued and it was still there.

Driver left your order on the street in front of the house. Did not bring it to the door. The gate was not walk. This is ridiculous. Im out 40 bucks because of this drivers name was Hara call HIRA something this is really bad my recommendation to fit through the customers theres no never again I use GrubHub or somebody but Im not gonna be cheated.

Constant mess ups

hello. im extremely unhappy with the service that your company has provided over the past few months.

im a kid with no license and i use doordash 99% of the time to get myself dinner because i work late and i have to feed myself. literally every order i have received for months has had something wrong with it, and when i try to contact support they do absolutely nothing. i think its ridiculous that you guys say i have too much recent compensation, when i cant even get any compensation in the first place.

and maybe i wouldnt have to get so much compensation if you would just redeliver my food or give me refunds when i need them. like im seriously about to make this a legal issue because you take my money and do absolutely nothing in return

The order was placed by me in Anchorage Alaska for my girlfriend in Kansas City. I used her phone number so the follow up and contact would be clear.

I sent it using your Gift Mode to add clarity; Which included her phone number and address for second time. Honestly, Daniel the deliverer didnt call me or her to call back to the DoorDash Control desk. According to Danial they told him to leave it on the curb in a safe location. So this was elevated stupidity, since they was phone numbers and ways of contacting myself or Cynthia the recipient.

Instead the Quicks an easy solution was basically to throw my $31 worth of food out his window take a picture of it And tell me his deepest apologies.

When I called the helpline they start telling me about 24 hour wait time for the elevation team. Are you serious?

I don't think you are old enough to order delivery! The fact you don't understand the driver has no control over the restaurant adding pepperoni shows a serious lack of maturity on your part. Add to that your childish, gibberish typing and I say your parents should ground you.

When I checked my receipt it is correct. But why did I pay more for service then my actual order. It was about $6.00. And rest was service charge that came to $10.00. So I realized what happened. Thank you and I will check the order to see if it completed. Before I press confirm. Lillian
