Door dash is showing my order was delivered and my order was never delivered so someone stole my groceries

WRONG ORDER
Your order menu for the Shrimp and Scallops dish has three selections - Combination - Shrimp - Scallops
When I order this for my vegetarian wife, who will eat Fish but no meat, we received a dish with all the meats in it. I call Vino to ask about this, and she said that the combination is all meats, I tried to explain that when you give two selections (can only select one) and the combination that means the combination of the two products listed, not everything.
She told me her menu is clear on this and it must be the way Door Dash set it up in their website.
It was very frustrating, when she could not eat and I didn't like her choice, after spending $55 for the meal. Besides we checked and there we not even any scallops in the dish.
The delivery was on time, and my food was good, but I don't think we will be using Door Dash anymore.

Didn’t receive order
I made the mistake of trying to order dinner for my wife and I. I ordered through the chipotle app like I have many times previously.
My order is to be delivered at 6:29 pm. I received a call from the delivery person asking for directions at 6:45? Ok I thought as I am not hidden or complicated to find? At 7:04 I received the attached text.
I did not feel that I reacted irrational or really snotty considering that was all the money I had left for a treat for New Years and on top of it We are going to bed early and hungry. I am really disappointed in the obvious lack of quality of delivery professionals you have working for you.
Maybe you should be more stringent in your hiring process. I will no longer use your service after this incident and plan to share this unfortunate event with my staff and friends as a prime example of what not to do.

After my post I was contacted via email stating they had a communication issue due to the COVID and were removing my bad ratings that were related to this. Because of this rating review I have been able to work and my ratings even went up after the rate they reset me at to be able to work.
