DoorDash - Dasher
Placed order which was never received although I was charged for it. I also never received a text or phone call to let me know that the delivery person could not find my location. Had I received this notification I would have been able to place a different order but after I noticed it was not here the restaurant was closed. Also when I called I never received an answer despite waiting on hold for approximately 15 minutes. Also waiting a week for refund is unacceptable!

I ordered a week worth of food through doordash and waited an hour for my order. My order got cancelled for no reason. Doordash didn’t bother to refund me. Since I spent my week’s allowance on doordash I was starving for a week. I was waiting and waiting and my refund was no where to be seen. I finally found a way to call them and they just now start to process my refund and inform me it will be 10 more days til I get my money. OMG why did they take my money in the first place if they cancelled my order.

They never put silverware in with the order!!! Missing items! Try fixing something with this company... next to impossible!!! It’s always on your end never theirs!! It sucks!!!!
