Cancel order

Never delivered. Ordered 6:42. Please refund credit card, not credit. Called store and it was sitting under light and no driver to pick up.

I had coupon that was not applied

My issue was resolved with you through the customer service phone number so I didnt have any problems with door Dash actually I really like to order stuff from door Dash and will continue to do so sorry for the confusion

Promotion doesn't work today

Just called customer service and the call was dropped several times. There is a promotion nice nice 15 for a specific restaurant that is not working I need help figuring out how to make the promotion or apply the promotion to my order

Refund never received

DOORDASH - Refund never received
I had one order placed for a business that was closed. Never refunded. I have another order for a business that I had the wrong address to be delivered to. Never refunded. Its been over 24 hours for the cancellation and longer than 7-10 days for the closed business refund.

I am unable to pick the order from app

It didnt show any order in my door dash app. But I am receiving notification by phone massage. This is one happened 2nd time with in 2 hours and I all ready talked one of the agent then I received one order and it happens the same again. Can you please fix the problem. Thank you

Address is wrong

My address was listed as Outback and I had to contact the driver so he wouldnt deliver to the wrong address. I didnt insert this address and it would not allow me to update or change.

Fix it or Im done using your app. I want it fixed in 10 minutes. I text someone 2 days ago who said my order would be delivered.

Did not get order and driver was rude

Called driver to go back where ever he dropped it and get it. He was rude and told me to go to neighbors to find my order!!

Terrible service

I did not notice the auto tip, as it's purposely placed so that people can miss it. My food was delivered ice-cold. The driver picked up our food and then didn't deliver it for 45 min. She did not respond to any messages. She gave me my food with the receipt torn off and seal ripped. I was missing a 6 dollar item. Chicken nuggets. I believe that she ate them. I did not want to eat what was left because the trust was lost, and the food was the opposite of fresh. DoorDash only gave me reimbursement of 10 dollars, leaving me out 45 still. Will not use this company again.

Poor customer service

I had asked driver to deliver the food to myself but he left it in my Viking hallway where it sat for an hour and there was an item missing. I called customer service to complain and they offered a supervisor to call me but no one did so today I called and they are saying they cant help me as its been a week since my order. They dont take any accountability for not calling me back to resolve my issue and blame me for it. This is absolutely ridiculous

Money was taken off of my card

DOORDASH - Money was taken off of my card
They took 10 dollars off of my card that I did not authorize and then when I called to cancel they hung up on me

Late delivery

We order lunch for our staff to be delivered at 12:30 p.m. The food was delivered at 1:01 p.m. This has caused a back up in our schedule for the day. I ordered our lunch over an hour prior to our requested delivery time. The text communications gave me two different drivers for this delivery which is just down the street from the address we needed the delivery to arrive at. Very disappointing!

User's recommendation: Ask for the delivery to be over an hour in order to get your food on time.
