I placed 3 orders for DoorDash early in 2019. In December 2019, I get charged for "DashPass". I did not sign up for a free trial, so I go through the "cancel DashPass" instructions, but DashPass is not associated with my account. I cancel my account. I call and they "can't locate the charge". I dispute with the bank and get my money back. January 2020 it happens again. Yesterday (Feb 10, 2020), it happens again. They STILL can't locate a record of the charge. What company doesn't know when, how or if they charged a customer? Anyone up for class action lawsuit? Might get some "emotional distress" money out of it.

I have been having the same problem since last summer. I keep every month getting charged for Dash Pass.

I have e-mailed multiple times and called and they refund me but I keep getting charged. I will be calling today to talk to a supervisor.

I ordered some food since 1 MONTH AGO! I ordered from sonic! My order processed, my account was CHARGED, & on the DoorDash app it even showed my deli every was on its way. Between me waiting for the food I was advised that my order had been cancelled due to that location being closed. I called & spoke with a representative & was advised I would be refunded my money 7-10 business days later. Well its ONE MONTH later and I still havent been refunded. I need my money refunded to me already!!Wtf

User's recommendation: Be careful! You won’t always receive your refund and they aren’t accurate with which locations are opened or closed.
