Canceled the order and I got charged for a service I didn't get.

I order service through Walgreens, I received a call from someone from door dash, she had my name wrong so when I answered I told her she had a wrong number. Anyway, they didn't make an effort to review the order and call back again, they just cancelled the order without not even a notification. They charged me for a service I didn't receive? I'm still trying to get my money back., I will never use this service again/...

Horrible customer support

I ordered a salad from sidetrack via your app and received it without chicken. Customer service was horrible said they cant help me. I asked to be transferred to a manager and they said they transferred me but they never did. I reached out again and still no one would help me said I maxed out compensation! I dont want compensation I wanted the salad I paid for! It is not my fault restaurants and drivers make issues! I order often and its not my fault there are issues and I am being punished??? I am a loyal dash pass customer and I paid almost $20 for lettuce and strawberries that is unacceptable!

Why is my background taking so long so I can deliver

My background check should not be taken this long , I never had a problem with a background check for anything,this is the longest wait I ever had,this is totally uncalled for

I have not yet been contacted about my job application. I applied over a week ago. They have all my information but still have not contacted me. My record is clean and Im employed full time. This is for part time work.

Pissed and missing my dashes and money and it's locked

What the *** is wrong with dasher direct for Christ's sake what the *** is going on I can't use my damn card for gas or see any transactions or get food and my damn balance says 0 with no f ing record of transactions when I just saw the balance an hour ago!!!!! Wtf!!!?!?!!!!!!

Missing items

Missing bread & biscuit. Received sweet roll Got crunchy cheetos . I ordered puffed. Delivery left outside the building door in freezing cold. I wanted it behind my apartment door. No English. Messages to me in Spanish.

I have used door dash for the past year. I have submitted nothing but good reviews. Then I ordered a meal that was delivered over an hour late and was as cold as ice.

I have my first and only negative review and it was rejected. All I said was the order was delivered an hour late. They refused to take the rating. It was then I realized that door dash controls all reviews and doesnt allow negative review. Very dishonest business practice. I quickly singed up with Grub Hub. They seem to be way more honest that door dash

Wrong order
