The dasher brought the wrong order. When I called her she wouldn’t answer her phone. I think tips should be paid after the service is performed .

I wasnt satisfied with how fast the dasher left. I am not sure why the incorrect order was left but no response from the dasher was really a problem. She already has the tip and I have the in correct order. This is a issue of rewarding some one for terrible customer service.

I made a mistake of placing 2 orders at the same time from the same location. I was trying to combine the orders. You had no way for me to make edits. I dont like the use of your word pissed. I wanted a way to communicate and not have two drivers. And two delivery fees.

I placed a rather large order office lunch order and an order was missing (which is understandable) however, upon calling the restaurant, I was told they'd been trying to contact the driver and nothing. A Doordash rep called to advise I could not have my order re-delivered automatically, I had to contact a custom service rep (whom was not the customer service rep on the phone) to request a re-delivery or refund. At the end of the day, I was granted the re-delivery but the 40 minute hold was rather inconvenient and I'm sure I'll be giving Doordash a break.

Need to get activated again

I've been waiting over a month to get reactivated I don't understand what's going on must have been some kind of misunderstanding but I know I'm a good dash I check my account I have good ratings always on time customers love me but there's always One bad Apple that can ruin it for you just if you're late or something for an order I don't know but I guess it was some type of harassment I don't understand I did nothing wrong I just deliver and that's it but I was told 72 hours I would be activated and that was 2 weeks ago I just want to get activated and back to dashing please help me

I'm supposed to have a $10 credit on my account

Well on my last order somehow I had missing food. Person I spoke with helped me solve my problem and said I would have a $10 credit to my account. Well today I was going to order 11 days later and no credit to my account. Person I was speaking with said he didnt see the credit and that he could put a $5 credit to my account for the next time I ordered. Well we shall see. I dont think I will but Im about to cancel my account I pay to b happy with my services and yall have failed me. My little one loves DoorDash

We placed a large order for Chick-fil-A and were missing part of the order. Chick-fil-A was unwilling to make it right and I had to go through door dash to get my money refunded.

Is the white card with DasherDirect on it the same as the red card ?
