No help. Took way to long to address my question. Barely could understand him. Every time I have called in to doordash I have had a miserable time talking to people who simply don’t speak good English. I had a lady tell me I would make 5,000 dollars if I got two hundred deliveries. Turns out, she got the decimal wrong and it was supposed to be 50. Extremely frustrating

For over a year door dash has allowed me to get all the food options I wanted with out having to leave. I’ve tried other apps but none have compared in variety, speed, or price. Because of the great experiences I’ve referred many people to use door dash. Unfortunately Ive constantly have had issues with door dash for the last month. I’ve been a committed dash pash member and I usually do not complain but i have had orders never arrive, missed items, extremely long wait times, refunds I never receive, all while I spend hundreds of dollars through your service. Please make things right and I will continue to purchase through your service multiple times a day and refer everyone I meet to do the same.

This is a issue you take up from the place YOU ordered from, not door dash. I swear you people look for anyone else to blame except the responsible party.

I watched on the website as my driver drove all over downtown after picking up my food; presumably because he had no idea where he was going. He then stopped several blocks away for over 5 minutes doing who knows what.

When he finally arrived, the bag of food, which had been stickered and taped shut, was torn open; indicating the driver had accessed my food for some unknown reason. I tossed the entire meal into the trash.

This is likely due to what's called order stacking. Doordash will get drivers to take multiple orders.

You see it as them driving around aimlessly but they are not. They are dropping off another order. However, the opened bag is a different issue. If they opened your bag it was probably to check the order.

As restaurants tend to seal the orders. We are expected to verify them.

However, they are not supposed to open the orders without the customers permission. It is a very messy set up and it's always the sealed bags that have missing items because the restaurants don't get a crap.

Trying to find out point of sale

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

For the THIRD time in a row I received my order with at least one item missing. For the record, I have been a GREAT and very PROFITABLE customer for your company by ordering 3-4 times a week on average with most orders over $40. NEVER AGAIN. This time it was just a $3 bowl of chili. But enough is enough. Not only do I NOT get what I paid for I then have to call your customer service (while my other food gets cold!!!) but then some IDIOT who calls themselves an “escalation” person gets on the phone and tells me that it’s not their fault the restaurants have let items out of my orders. I reminded the idiot I was speaking with that I didn’t pay the restaurant—I paid DoorDash for the service of picking up my food and bringing exactly what I ordered and already paid for to me. It’s their responsibility to give me what I pay for. Now if the food taste horrible that’s the restaurant—but I pay in advance and expect to get exactly what I pay for. Nothing less. For a manager to get on a customer service line and try to negate their own responsibility is the absolute poorest excuse for a company. If indeed your company is a reliable company that believes in its customer service, you should employ better people. Both at the delivery level and the manager level.

I had login with y’all in September but I did not realize that my license were expired so I renew my drivers license and my background check came back clean so now I’m trying to get back in with y’all and I can’t because I have a code 400 don’t know what that mean so if you can please help me

I just had a horrible experience with the delivery driver

He couldn’t find my house & he was texting me but he wasn’t getting my texts. Then when I tried to call him he couldn’t speak English!! I had to drive around looking for him! Then when I found him he kept telling me I gave the wrong address!!! I want the tip I have him back!!! He doesn’t deserve it!!! I never want him again!!!!
