I placed a lunch order today and items were missing. I called Customer Service who was unwilling to issue a credit or have the order replaced.
Three of the four items ordered were not delivered. In addition, the food was very salty and I could not eat it as I have high blood pressure. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect a customer to pay for items not received.
I've been on hold over 30 minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor. I have told again that a supervisor is not available.
I am currently cancelling my DoorDash pass and will be contacting my financial institution to dispute the charges. I will also be leaving a unfavorable review on your website it I am able to do so.

I own a house located at 126 Cordaville Road Ashland MA 01721. I have been informed by 2 Dashers that your GPS system is what they are told they "MUST" go by and that it can be glitchy (their words). But if the house located by the GPS has the incorrect number they must leave it per their manager, as that is what the GPS found. The numbering system in my town has gaps and for some reason GPS systems get glitchy.
On the south side we have:...106, 110, 118, 124, "126", 130, Endicott St, 140

Ashland MA has many issues with the cell towers in the area, due to the placement of the towers and the various 3G-5G status, and the hills and valleys. I now ask if the restaurant uses Door dash and if they do I go elsewhere, except for one Mediterranean restaurant, if my delivery does not come to my home, I have the owner's cell number.
What prompted my e-mail is after the 4 calls to Door Dash Customer Service. All pleasant people but it ends with the same BS we will review your issues with the managers. Well, your managers DO NOT GIVE A RATS *** if they did I would have received a call inquiring about the issue.
Today I had a delivery from Walmart made by Door Dash and they found my house however delivered not to the door that humans live at but to my neighbor's storage door!!!
In your address system could you please add 126 Cordaville Road MAKE ALL DELIVERY's TO DOOR @ GARAGE.
When your company can find my house they leave the food at the door closest to the road which is a storage room, belonging to my neighbor. The 126 is in big black letters on the garage, yet my tenant's food has been left across the street at 127 BENEATH that home's 127. In this case, the young man said that was the house on his GPS, yet the address on the delivery slip clearly stated 126 and the house number 127!!!

Scam Delivery
I watched Kaycee, the delivery person, put a brown paperbag on our front step and walk away. He parked across the street which was suspect.
I knew immediately this was not our order since it comes in a plastic bag with the restaurants name on it. I went out and said this isn't our order. He asks did you order from said restaurant, I said yes, he then pulls our order out of his backseat. I gave him his paper bag back that had old looking fries and something wrapped in foil.
This is the 2nd time in 2 months these loser delivery ppl have pulled this crap.
Done with this company. Try hiring ppl who want to work instead of rip off *** criminals.
Instead of giving me 2.12 back they took 2.12 from my accouny
