DoorDash - Change location of dashing
I need to schedule a dash, but all the locations to choose from are hours away and my city isnt even an option. What would i do?

DoorDash in Orlando, Florida - Problems with account.
Account has been deactivated and cannot get it to reactivate even in more busy locations to be able to dash. Representative argued with me and while I was talking, placed me on a hold and never came back.

I lost my red card I’m very new to this. I place a order for a new card 10 days ago. Shipping was 7-10 days I gave confirmation number and they still couldn’t find they have lost my order. So now I am left with being on hold for ONE hour and goes to two question survey and they hang up!! Horrible customer service!!

DoorDash - Terrible Customer Service
Made a complaint about a delivery driver. Received an email saying my complaint would be forwarded to the "appropriate team." Never heard back from them and sent them an email 8 days later. My email got rejected saying they closed my complaint since they didn't hear anything from me in 3 days. Waited on hold for over an hour when I called. Never using DoorDash ever again.

I suggest you schedule your dash shifts at midnight when the new schedules are out. Set an alarm, schedule, and go back to sleep.
I do it everyday and I get full DoorDash shifts. :)
