I placed an order at my work which I have done before and haven't had many issues. Today my order was left at a desk near the lobby. I have my floor and room number on there to which I have been delivered before. The agent I spoke too said they arrived at 1207 and weren't able to reach me and left my food somewhere. They also stated "I can make an exception this time, but please note that we won't be able to compensate you next time if you are not available for your delivery." I haven't left my office since 10am how was I not available? I just had a delivery on Friday for an office luncheon and they had no problem finding or getting in touch with me.

Weathering the Companies up and downs

I don't care what people think about what I'm going to say, b Like ut I'm a dasher that will weather Doordash problems. I know that a lot of people complain about Doordash and that is logical every one those. I do it too. I want to be noticed to tell all the future dashers to understand that this is a logistics platform and our job is to deliver to be the best that we must be. Go the extra mile secure packages keep food hot make sure the end-user has the correct order. What ales can I say? Keep Dashing :: y

Paid twice for one order

I was charged twice for the same order. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and that i was delivered two orders. Which is false false false. I have no way to resolve this other than to delete the app and write a bad review??? Ok I’ve wasted 50 bucks many times but this company needs to do something with its customer service - nothing makes me more upset that paying a company - a COMPANY - for something they never did and then have them not even consider looking into the complaint! The order was placed online,how will doordash know whats inside the closed container???? Do you expect them to open the box and check your food?its the fault of the restaurant employees so blame them,doordash just picks ur food counts the number of items and cross verify with the receipt and deliver,and restaurants get away with blaming the dasher
