Did not receive food

The service sucked. I ordered at 9:00pm the restaurant was approximately 15 miles away. WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD. I WILL NOT USE DOORDASH AGAIN. THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER US A FREE MEAL. The order was approximately $53.

You would have to call and ask for the escalation department. That happened to me and I found this website with a number to call them and I spoke to a manager they credited everything I had ordered. Customer service won't usually help if you have already obtained a credit in the past but they have to you just need to speak to escalations department.

Horrible

I spent $200 dollars ordering from Ruth Chris through door dash and $50 worth of my order is missing. I called Ruth Chris and they want to replace the order but DoorDash is unresponsive. I tipped $22 dollars to the dasher and what a waste.

Wait what? Wow.

That is not acceptable. Have you spoken with escalations at all? I got a number off of this website here and when I called it went straight to a manager. He fixed it all the driver was fired and I got all my money back plus a free meal.

The thing is it isn't reported by customer service so unfortunately we as consumers have to do all the leg work if we feel it is worthy enough. 200 and 22 dollars is quite a bit of money and I def would not let this one slide

Wrong order

Cold food instructions not followed

My good was delivered no knock per instructions no picture confirmation so food got left/cold. Asked for no onions and burger had onions no straw for drink.

You can easily follow your delivery in the app. The drivers nor Doordash are responsible for how your food is prepared.

Bad customer service

I received an email today for 25% off my next 2 orders and the coupon wasnt working at the checkout. I called twice and had to speak to three different people to get to solving my issue. I waited 20 minutes and then just ended the call. I dont know whats so confusing for them to just give me the coupon code that I received from them.

A driver threatened to shoot me when I got off of work and waited in the parking lot to do so

I had to call police on a driver he is to not return to my store he waited for the manger outside and threatened me and my staff. He didnt want to understand that due to Covid the lobby is closed. He walked up to the drive thru window twice Anna drive around the restaurant several times yelling threats and stopped my line. Both times I was in fear for my life he was very threatening and yelling at me that he was going to see me when I got off. He proceeded to wait in the parking lot making gun gestures and threats as I worked the drive thru. Im looking to press charges and have him fully banned from my location 425 ponce de Leon. He is a SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM.

Disgusted

They canceled my entire order that was going to a friend and offered no substitutions. I placed the order 5 hours early to avoid any complications AND texted the driver!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I ordered food through door dash and when the driver was arriving instead of calling she didn't even try to communicate stating she was unable to find my address. I received the pic that they take when they deliver and it was the parking lot of my apartment. And there was no food in the pic. I called her she hung up. I went to look for my food and it was thrown next to the dumpster. I called cust see and they said thank you for telling us but we can't refund your order due to policy.

Incorrect order

We ordered a sheet pizza with pepperoni and received a sheet pizza with just cheese although we were charge for an extra toppings

My account is disconnected,need to reactivated my account

That was an error about my disconnection . The restaurant was closed. I couldnt take the delivery. And the customer was complaining about that DoorDash deactivated my account. So please reactivated everything for me. Thanks
