I called for help on 7/27/2022 they stated that someone will contact me in 7 business day. I waited to day 8 to call. Been calling since the line busy it is now 8/11/2022 still no help still no response

Door dash refund

We ordered door dash and they said it would be here at 11, its now 11 and they said 1230. We called customer service and I have to say they were exceptional. They were easy to work with and I got a full refund but still didnt get any food. I have ordered from door dash before and never had any problems, but the lady that was supposed to pick up our order never answered her cell phone. So In the long run we never got our food but got our money back.

Cancel ongoing charges/reimburse my credit card

Because I'm not being paid correctly

For the last four weeks has been missing money off of my pay I get up I I do my job I report in I cannot get paid all of my money in the timeframe that dashes allows for the money to be posted onto my account I would like to talk to someone over the telephone someone that speaks English not someone who tells me Im sorry youre having these issues

Yes for some time I wasn't receiving all of my pay since then I have been deactivated I have not been able to work and it's really put a strain on my income I like to know if you will reactivate my dashso I can go back to work one incident on June 23rd at the 7-Eleven where young lady threw my telephone and I threw her telephone back is this the reason why you suspended my account cuz someone please let me know why I cannot work for dash I really enjoyed the work that I was doing please respond back thank you very much

Missing food and drink food was taken from order from dasher

My drink was missing both times but I will let it slide even though the bag came with a straw both times, but without my sprite in which I paid. However after a complaint was made, plenty of scallops were delivered successfully. This is which I am grateful for overall services not horrible, maybe some of the Dashers are not representing professionally the way they could be. God bless and have a great day!

User's recommendation: Make sure your Dasher leaves, you have all of the items you have purchased as well as the items that are supposed to come with your order.

Ive ordered door dash before with few problems so I decided to get the dash pass while it was on sale. Every order I have placed since then has had an issue. Missing items, no notice of items being out of stock before delivery, ridiculously long deliver times, and poor customer service. This last order, I wasnt notified that my sandwich was cancelled until the order was delivered and my cupcakes were missing. When I tried to get a refund, the app said I couldnt get a refunds because Ive had too many refunds recently. I have so many refunds because of their company!!! I tried to get a refund if my subscription and was put on hold for 20 minutes until my phone disconnected. Trried to call back and I was fuming and ended up hanging up after 15 minutes on hold. They dont even deserve one star!

When I placed My order online I specifically put knock on the door and give Me My order in hand. I dont want My food on the ground what the world, what on earth, thats not acceptable. The top on My pizza was not properly closed sitting on the ground the flaps on the side was not inside the box to properly close it, it had been opened. And it was very cold. I called customer service he just took My complaint and apologized thats it.!Ok what happens next Im truly not satisfied with this. My pizza had been opened and sit in the ground for bugs to easily get in it

My pizza was opened and left on the ground and cold. She did not knock on My door or ring My door bell. She knew I was inside I talk to her on phone and gave her apartment number, and still she disgraced Me. I want a refund‼
