The costomer first ordered wrong, He typed in the items but in the comments asked for differnt things so the order price i used on the red card was much larger then estimated on the app, so i proceeded to message him that i was on my way with his drinks from starbucks and he asked me to go to a building near his location? so went there and then he asked me to walk and search for him but i was there for over 25 minutes just walking and trying to find where he was so i found the building where the location brought me and i left the drinks there and sent a picture then told him and said im sorry i had to leave here, and then he started being foul towards me and saying really rude things and swearing/ spam calling me.
