I WAS MISSING A PAYMENT FOR 2 WEEKS NOW . I WANT MY MONEY!!!

WAS TOLD ONE THING AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT. CS IS TERRIBLE. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS TO GET THE MONEY I WORKED FOR. WHEN YOU CALL CS THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT WANT TO HELP.

I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES BECAUSE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS SO HARD FOR THEM TO PAY ME MY FUNDS. THEY TRY TO OVER TALK YOU. THEY DONT WANT TO HELP AT ALL.

I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE BBB IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED BY TODAY. 2 WEEKS IS WAY TO LONG WHEN IT CAN HAPPEN ASAP.
