I ordered and Burger King cancelled. Door dash person didn’t respond for over an hour and only said Burger King cancelled and they would notify me.
I said wait my card has been charged. No response. I emailed door dash the next morning and still no response. I finally found a phone number for a real person.
Called and am told they will refund my money to my card but will take 5 to 7 business days. Or they will give me credit and it is available now. I’m very upset it has taken me so long to contact someone almost a week now and to be told my money is being held and can’t be returned in a timely manner. But if I want to try again I can use it now for food.
This is ridiculous. I will not use door dash again and I will tell my friends all about my inconvenience and frustration with door dash.
