Ordered from popular restaurant (Hooters) and I ordered a salad and crab cakes. After confirmation and info from the restaurant that the order was being made, I get a cancellation notice (about an hour in) with no way to ask what happened.

After trying to use another old order to get I touch with an agent, the agent simply told me "too bad. You'll get your money back in 5 business days". I STILL DONT GAVE ANY *** FOOD. You telling me Hooters was out of all kinds of salads??

Are you effin serious?

This service is garbage. And it's the third order they've messed up (one previous order came 2 hours late for a restaurant that was 10 min away, and the second order no Dasher showed up)
